The villa's design is modern, classy, and hippie chic, ensuring you'll feel at home away from home. Casa Lanui is located in the northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa, with direct access to the white-sand beach. This beachfront villa is situated in an area known for some of the most consistent waves in Costa Rica, making it a surfer’s paradise.
This 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates large families or groups of friends in a unique, private, and safe location. Casa Lanui is part of North Creek Estate, sharing the property with Casa Taman (4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms). Both houses can be rented separately or together for large groups, accommodating up to 28 guests combined.
Casa Lanui features three master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views, one master bedroom with a garden view, and two children’s bedrooms, each with two bunk beds, accommodating a total of 8. Additionally, there is a separate studio with a king-size bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette, ideal for accompanying staff or guests seeking more privacy. This studio features a universal layout, ensuring it is accessible and comfortable for all guests, including those with disabilities.
The spacious living area can be entirely opened towards the pool, deck, and ocean beyond. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and prep kitchen, with ample seating at the kitchen island and a console-style table for 8-10 people. The dining area includes an 18-foot-long dining table that comfortably seats 20 people. Guests can relax in the large, cozy lounge area with a 60” television and an ocean view in the background.
In front of the living room, enjoy the infinity-edge pool with shallow hang-out areas, surrounded by terraces with several lounge chairs for tanning and leisure activities. There is also an outdoor patio with a massage, yoga, and workout area. Casa Lanui offers two massage tables, allowing you to choose between an air-conditioned room, an outdoor shaded yoga deck, or the garden near the ocean for your massage.
Between the house and the beach is a naturally shaded, spacious open area with lounge chairs and hammocks. Guests can enjoy cocktails or dinner with an amazing tropical sunset view at the large dining table located close to the beach. The beach in front of North Creek Estate is stunning, with pristine sand that stretches endlessly. You can relax in full privacy in the shade of numerous trees while watching some fantastic, consistent surf.
