Sauvignon Beach 30A is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom tranquil beach vacation home located in laid back Blue Mountain Beach within the Highland Park neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful 30A beaches just a bike ride away or the complimentary heated resort style private community pool and whirlpool hot tub with a fire pit and covered seating area to relax while you barbecue on the outdoor grills. For a stunning view of the Gulf, climb the 360-degree observatory tower to watch the sunset.
Blue Mountain Beach boasts a low-key and relaxing vibe with Blue Mountain Creamery's homemade ice cream, Blue Mabel's BBQ smokehouse and Redfish Village shops within walking distance.
Relax with two King master suites with private baths, two queen beds and one bunk room with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space that opens to an outdoor covered porch. Guests have access to the entire home and pool amenities. Each bedroom is equipped with streaming television service.
Parking spaces for three vehicles. 4 adult bicycles included in rental to explore our local towns. Various beach and pool toys may be available but vary between guest stays.

Highland Park is the newest neighborhood and referred to an the "Envy of 30A" in Blue Mountain Beach. HP features a gorgeous private neighborhood pool with waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, and 360- degree observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and surrounded by great eateries and unique local shops. Highland Park is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! Enjoy dining at local favorites the infamous Red Bar, The Perfect Pig, Blue Mabel, Cafe 30A, Great Southern Cafe and the Cowgirl Kitchen. Check out the local artists at Gulf Place and The Shard Shop located in Grayton.
GOLF CART:
Discounted weekly Golf Cart rental (dependent on availability.) Contact provided after booking.
Covenants and Rules:
• Must complete and sign rental agreement, bike waiver and guest list that will be emailed to renter.
• We can accommodate 3 vehicles and one golf cart. Only golf cart permitted in garage.
• When at the pool all attendees must have and wear the approved pool wristbands. Only registered guests are permitted in the pool facility.
• No unregistered guests permitted in the home. Please notify of any visitors in advance.
• N0 smoking permitted inside home, garage or on porches. We ask that if you do smoke, you do so outside only and please dispose of butts in the garbage. $1500 cleaning fee if smoking in home.
• ***We regret that Assistance Animals cannot be accommodated due to allergies/asthma.*** No pets/animals permitted. $750 cleaning fee and removal from property if pet is found in home.
Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourselves should anything unexpected come up. In the event of MANDATORY hurricane evacuation, reservations will be refunded/prorated based on number of days use.
Outdoor cameras are on property for the security of our home. They are located as an Arlo doorbell, above garage and side of home so we can ensure home is secure while we are not present.
