"Toes in the Water" is the perfect holiday retreat home. Our first floor condo on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, across from the community pool! Enjoy close and convenient access to the beach (a 2 minute walk), fabulous restaurants., and the renown Silver Sands Outlet Mall. The main living area is an open floorplan concept that houses the kitchen, living/TV area and dining area. The kitchen features spacious granite counters, ample lighting, and all the cookware and flatware you may need to create delicious family meals. Enjoy them together at our 6 seat dining table or at the kitchen bar which seats 4. We have a high chair and a Pak n Play for the kids. Retire to the couch to watch the big game on our large Smart TV or gather on the back porch to play some games.
Our master bedroom is an oasis of peace featuring a comfortable king size bed with lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and lots of closet space. The second guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle and generous closet space.
All bedrooms have TV's! We have a full-size washer and dryer right for your convenience.
Parking: There is only one parking space available with this property. There is additional paid parking available at the nearby Geronimo RV park.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a couple days worth of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
