Offering a prime location just a couple of blocks away from the beach and right in the heart of Ocean City and all the comforts of a home, this family-friendly condo is calling your name. Inside, the subtle and cute beach decor will make you forget all of your worries right away. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa as you watch something entertaining on the TV or browse on your phone using the free WiFi available while any of your guests prepare a delicious snack or meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Then, grab your beach towels and sunscreen and head to the beach! If the beach is too crowded, you might as well visit the shared outdoor swimming pool. There's a convenient outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand or pool water before heading back to your condo.

This charming beach abode boasts a convenient location just two blocks away from the beach and downtown Ocean City! Spend countless hours sunbathing and working on your tan, beachcombing, exploring the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, or maybe dining at any of the nearby restaurants. Anglers can visit the Ocean City Fishing Pier one mile away and try to catch as many fish as they can. A thrilling experience awaits at the nearby Jolly Roger at the Pier where you'll come across a two-level carousel, Slingshot, the iconic Ferris Wheel, games, rides, and more!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
