Come start your vacation at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. This family friendly resort provides four lighted tennis courts, 11 pools (5 heated seasonally), putt-putt golf, playground for kids, a fitness center to work out in, and a beach clubhouse with pool, café and snack bar. Most importantly this unit is a short 3 minute walk to the deeded beach access. This gated community makes it easy to use the golf cart that is available while you stay in our townhome end unit. You will love the fact that you have no elevators to wait on, just pull up unpack and head straight to the beach. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home has been remodeled and decorated with coastal chic furnishings that is sure to make you feel relaxed and at home. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the upstairs patio, while the second bedroom has a twin over full with a pull out twin trundle bunk bed both with their own smart TVs. The downstairs has the half bath, kitchen, dining table, island with bar stools, additional patio and washer and dryer. Also we have included for your beach stay- putters and balls for the putt-putt course.

Great Rental

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first time staying in Panama as a family. The golf cart was extremely helpful as it allowed us to drive the pools and the beach parking easily. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. Would love to stay here again some time in the future.

Great rental

Everything was as described, the golf cart was awesome for going back and forth to the beach. But you could walk to beach without being to far. It was in a convenient location if you wanted to go anywhere.

Clean, updated and great location

We had usch a great time in this townhouse. Everything is in great shape and the house is so clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and the golf cart was a great way to lug all the beach stuff. Our daughters both say that the golf cart was the best part of this trip. There aren't chair rentals on the the highlands beach property, however if you walk directly to the left you are able to rent the chairs in front of magestic, that worked great for our family. The pools were all clean and we loved playing putt putt. We will definitely be back 😀

Great getaway for families!

My family of 6 had a GREAT stay at Sandy Bottoms. The unit itself was very clean and nicely updated/decorated. We had plenty of space to relax in the living room and plenty of seating for meals in the dining room/kitchen too. The beds were comfy and the kids room slept all four of our children comfortably. We would definitely stay here again! Pros: -Parking (no cramped parking decks or elevators) -Golf cart (our kids loved it!) -decorated nicely and good space -beach front pool/club house -very responsive owner Cons: -Very busy area of PCB (for some this could be a positive- very walkable) -clubhouse was closed for renovations (we would have liked to use that amenity)

Great location in Panama City Beach!

The owners were very helpful! Any concerns or questions we had were addressed immediately. The condo was clean and updated. The complex was quiet, and the people were friendly. The location was perfect for going to the beach and attending the baseball tournament which was our reason for the trip. If we are back in town, we would definitely stay again. :)

Nice and Clean

Had a nice get away with my husband, Son and 2 of our Grandkids. My Son and Grandkids loved the spare room with bunk, full bed and trundle, worked great for them. King bed was very comfortable. We loved having the golf cart during our stay and you could drive it to the access gate and walk across the street to the beach. Condo was very nice and clean. We had a great time in PCB!

Softball Tournament and Vacation Stay

There were five of us including two teenagers. Our stay was wonderful! We had lots of downtime from the tournament and with other team players/families staying in the same resort, the girls had lots of things to do on-site. They used the golf cart to pick up other players and went to the pool, put put, or the beach together. We didn't worry for them at all because of the security provided around the property. The home was clean and we had everything we needed for the bathrooms and kitchen. The home is in a great location and we never felt like we were battling traffic (if you know, you know). Any minor issues we had, the property owner was eager to help and resolve. We will definitely be returning to this property!

Lovely unit with nice upgrades

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Highlands as well as the use of the golf cart. Mattress were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely nice. The listing advertised a black stone on the property but there was only a grill. All of the appliances were updated and easy to use. The air conditioning unit seemed new and worked great, but was a little loud when it came on. Little things I would suggest in the listing g or even in the check-in instructions are things like, advising guest to provide extra toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags and laundry detergent. We happened to bring these items with us just in case, but some people may not be aware that they are not always provided by the owner. Overall we had a great time and will definitely try to stay again.

We had an amazing time. Our place was just as described. It was very clean and cute as can be. The golf cart made getting around easier but it was just a short walk to all the pools and the beach. My husband was very happy with the TV's and channels and options in both bedrooms and living area. Plenty of sleeping room for unexpected guests. Had a few questions and very minor things that Ammie and Ron quickly and eagerly addressed and took care of. It was a pleasure staying at their place.

My family had a great stay. My kids loved that there were so many activities for them to do. We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach. Just a few minute walk and we were there! We will be back again sometime.
