Absolutely perfect! This condo exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The balcony offered stunning views.The entire space was very clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Everything in the listing was accurate, so there were no surprises. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a top-notch stay! My friends, family, and I travel to Panama City Beach every year and this was our favorite location we have stayed at! We are already hoping we can stay here again next year!

Great condo and views are awesome!

Loved staying at Patsy's condo again this year. We have stayed a couple times before and she always has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. So much space, beds are comfortable and clean! Easy access to the pools and beaches and is close enough that you don't feel like you are so far away in a room! Thank you and we will be back!

Magnificent View!

Loved the spaciousness and wrap around view of the ocean.

Really nice units. It had everything we could possibly want. Even had a pickleball court! Although we didn't have kids with us, there was a lobby with pool and arcade games. I really enjoyed the first morning when I was tired from traveling the previous day, so I laid in the huge kings size bed, propped up on pillows and enjoyed the sound and view of the waves rolling in. Recommend it for all ages.

Happy beach bums!

So impressed with this condo. It was well planned and nicely decorated. The two nice sized bedrooms/bathrooms are on either side of the living area, giving you maximum privacy and comfort. The living area is huge. Most condos have large bedrooms and a small living area which is crazy when you spend most of your time in the living area. The wrap around deck is outstanding with views to die for. Patsy was so great to work with and gave us so many great pointers. We have loved our stay so much. So many great restaurants within a short drive. We didn't have any small children with us, but can see where this place would be ideal for them. Many activities and of course the beach is wonderful. Already planning our next stay!

Impressive!!!

I have traveled extensively and it takes a lot to impress me! From the moment I entered this condo, the view left me breathless...totally surrounded by ocean and wrap around deck!! The owner, Patsy, was great to work with and I was glad I took her advice about the "don't miss local cuisine". Schooners is a great casual beach restaurant within walking distance. Pier Park is a short drive away and offers so much for the family. Traffic was never a problem and that was a huge plus!! I am already booking for my next trip.

It has been many years since I have vacationed at Panama City Beach. I was pleasantly surprised at the many changes to the new, upscale Panama City Beach...Pier Park is a new and fantastic addition, with something for all ages. Many new restaurants (Grand Marlin) plus old favorites like Schooners, Dee's Hangout and Captain Andersons. Traffic flows easily, no congestion ever!!! Now to address Patsy's condo...the view is amazing with the wrap around deck & all the glass. The relaxing atmosphere, with the sound of the rolling waves, makes this an absolutely perfect place to vacation and unwind...stress just melts away!!! Patsy obviously takes great pride in her beach home, as her furnishings leave nothing to be desired. I will definitely be returning!!!

A great place to stay.

This was our second time in Patsy's condo and it once again delivered. We are a family of 4 with kids 20/22 years old and we all had a great time. It really has a homey feel and all the little extra's like beach chairs and games add to enjoyment. We are more of a veg out family and the condo was great for that. The best thing about the condo is the view, it doesn't get any better than that wrap around balcony. We have already booked our stay for 2016.

Peaceful Even During Spring Break!

Even during one of Panama City Beach's busiest weeks, this condo provided a peaceful retreat for our family (which includes high school and college aged kids)! The wraparound deck provided fantastic views. The personal touches throughout the condo made us truly feel like we were in someone's home and not just a rental property! A lot of love and thought have been put into the furnishings of this beautiful condo. We have been to PCB nearly every year for the past twenty years and discovered a new "favorite" restaurant frequented by local diners while on this trip: Hunt's located on Beck Avenue in Panama City. Patsy was terrific to work with, and we would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Couple

Excellent! Excellent!! Excellent!!! My husband and I stayed 2 weeks in this wonderful, lovely and beautiful condo. The first 3 days it stormed and rained, but we didn't care, because we enjoyed just being away from Nashville and being in this condo. Thanks for letting us share in your happiness of enjoying this condo. EVERYTHING is just perfect!!! I've stayed in a lot of condos in Panama City Beach in my life, but never one as nice, beautiful, comfortable and CLEAN. Patsy, I can understand why it's always booked-up. I hope you have openings this fall because there's no other place I'd rather be. Thanks again for your generosity and hospitality!!!

Excellent family getaway

I've stayed at a lot of pretty places over the years at the beach, this was by far the best. Unbelievable views, condo very spacious and beautiful. Patsy was great to work with. My husband and I have a 4 year old who would never leave the beach and we have been trying to find a home away from home. We found it in Jay and Patsy's condo. I hope I can continue renting year after year. Patsy, thank you so much for everything.

I, Patsy Davis enjoy managing my beach condo with VRBO. My husband is a contractor of custom homes in the North Georgia area. We have five children and five grandchildren. We enjoy the beach and Panama City very much.
IWe purchased a condo at Summerhouse because it was the best complex on Thomas Drive and that's where I wanted to be. It is a quieter area and to me the choice area. It is a family complex with return renters. I am very impressed that most people that have contacted me about renting have stayed at Summerhouse before.
The fantastic view is so important. My family and I spend a lot of time in Panama City and I'm sure you will find my unit as comfortable as you could wish for. I keep my condo furnishings and decorations totally updated and I'm sure they are to your satisfaction. We enjoy Pier Park at night. There's always activities for the children and the park/like atmosphere is great.

You are so in-touch with the beach you can be on the deck talking to family or friends on the beach. You can stand in the unit and watch dolphins play in the water. Parasailing, windsurfing, hang-gliding can be enjoyed from inside the unit.
