Needs a lot of TLC

Extremely dirty upon check in. Spent hours cleaning. Mold in bathrooms, found scorpions in basement, wasn’t cleaned at all, missing blinds, window treatments not all there so sun blinds you if inside, hot tub was green, they tried to paint but just over sprayed everything, sliding doors so dirty and busted you can’t see views clearly, not sure what is going on with property but the whole outside is a wreck. Wouldn’t never consider this property again. Waste of money but we stayed because it was spring break and nothing else available.So much more but guessing the point is received.

Needs a lot of work

I can say it is 1 amazing view, but needs work. Upon arrival we was able to get in with the door code given. Found water leaking on the lower deck. Found that the outside water faucet will not shut off so the hose was kinked by someone to slow the water down. There is water damage and mold on the lower level. Looks like it had been leaking for a really long time. We could not enjoy the lower deck at all. We went out to dinner and when we tried the door code would not work and no one got back to me for 3 hours. Dog or cat hair on the table mats. Only half the jets in the hot tub work, bedroom TVs and downstairs tv didn’t get any channels. The only TV that worked is in the living room. The fireplace didn’t work either.

Wonderful Stay

This cabin is everything that is described. It has an "Amazing View" and very peaceful. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. It was also just a few minutes to the patkway. We would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Birthday Trip

Stayed here for two nights for my fiancées birthday. It was a wonderful stay! Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. The cabin was very clean as well as the hot tub. Easy to check in and check out! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great cabin with Amazing view

We absolutely loved this property. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 teen boys. The boys loved the pool and foosball tables. The hot tub was great with the perfect view. Furniture on the upper and lower decks was nice as well (just need a notice to not sit on that deck if anyone is in the hot tub on the deck above due to overflow/splashing down). Everything is nice and clean with the exception of the dusty fans and the couches/chairs have alot of hair/lint that gets on your clothes. Dont wear just socks going to the downstairs as they are slick towards the bottom. Overall very nice and well kept with good communications from the owners. I would note the only down side is the drive/parking to the cabin. It is a very narrow and steep up and down road and is difficult to get in and out of unless you pull up past the drive and then back into it. We really enjoyed our stay. The view really is amazing!

Pigeon Forge and the Dollywood area

The location and setting of the cabin is beyond beautiful. The balcony overlook view is like a scene from a movie. The cabin has spacious bedrooms and has a huge game room. The master bedroom/bath is very nice. The kids bedroom was just as roomy and nice. A pool table/foosball table and a hot tub kept everyone happy. The open kitchen and living room is very nice. With the washer and dryer we were able to pack light. Three Roku TV/Internet kept the kids entertained. It took me a few trips up and down the mountain to get comfortable in these hills. I was probably known as the slow flatland Texas guy in the Mazda. The manager Bobby Patel was unbelievably nice. He was patient with this lost Texan

We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bobby was helpful letting us check in a little early. Also messaged to make sure there was nothing we needed. Beautiful View. Nice cabin. May have been on the smaller side of the cabin's we have rented but was still perfect. The living room furniture was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the coffee maker does not work properly so this may be something that needs to be fixed. Anyone that knows me knows this is usually a deal breaker, but I still would stay here again just bring my own Keurig. The upstairs bed is comfortable but does squeak a lot. The biggest concern is there is a broken slat on the downstairs balcony. That would be a safety concern and needs to be addressed. Overall, would 100% stay in this cabin again.

Views for Days

We throughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing like watching the sunrise/sunset from the deck. If you have a larger truck (we drove an F250) be aware that you will need to back into the drive way and the road is narrow. We can’t wait to stay again.

A bit pricey for the condition but the views are pretty awesome.

The cabin was perfect for a family with older children. Our 11 and 16 year old boys had their own ‘apartment’ downstairs with the extra bedroom, bathroom, bunk beds, game room, and deck. We enjoyed the decks, views, hot tub, and pool table especially. The property has been well-loved and could use some updating and cleaning/care but it’s perfectly functional and has everything you could need for a stay. It’s also VERY conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yet it feels remote when you’re on the property. Specific things that could use some attention: the outdoor areas had dog feces in the driveway which one of our family members stepped in and walked on the rugs/stairs unknowingly. There was a fair amount of trash/junk in the wooded area surrounding the cabin and below the decks (3 tires, hangers, drink bottles/cans, scrap cut wood, a step ladder, random paper/plastic trash, etc) which took away from the beauty of the area. The couch and recliners are visibly worn and dirty from repeated use and are sagging/uncomfortable. We had the same complaint with the mattresses- sunken in on both sides and not much cushion left to them. Several of the decor pieces had broken/missing pieces which doesn’t matter to us but they could use some updating. The pool cues have seen some rough use and only two had tips on them and were useable. Someone had scribbled in pencil on one living room wall area, a name was written on the game room ceiling in pool cue chalk, a name was written in sharpie on the lower deck floor. Some guests’ kids definitely went unsupervised and left their marks. Also, there were two coffee makers, but neither one was working and we were unable to make coffee despite several attempts. Positives that made our stay great: the cabin was CLEAN as far as kitchen, dishes, bathrooms, floors, linens, etc. The hot tub was hot and ready when we arrived and we used it almost daily. There were plenty extra pillows, blankets, towels, even towels for the hot tub. We stayed 5 night with 4 people and had plenty toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. There was even a body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the downstairs shower and travel toiletries on both bathroom counter. The stringed deck lights really added to the ambience and the deck furniture was all very comfortable and convenient. The game room was all in working condition and we loved using it in the evening. Easy access, great location!

Cozy cabin

Cabin was cozy, needs a good cleaning though, just dusty,and almost all the dishes were put up dirty. I'm sure that will be taken care of. The cabin was clean other than that. Even though pets are allowed it did not smell. We are flat landers so the roads were very scary, prayers got us up and down the mountain each day! Lol The view was excellent as well. The host was very responsive to communication.

Great Stay

The view was spectacular! We visited in mid August and the weather was perfect. The cabin offered plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The cabin was located close to everything we wanted to do. Golf, Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg and plenty of shopping. The cabin was equipped with all the basics needed to cook quick meals, soak in the hot tub, shoot some pool or just relax. We needed a cabin that accepted pets and this cabin fulfilled that need perfectly. Our senior lab mix loved her stay here and cannot wait to come back again. She loved sitting on the balcony as much as we did.

Gorgeous View

The property was as expected with a gorgeous view. We spent a good amount of time in the cabin and the kids loved the game room downstairs. We had a few minor hiccups that didn't affect much, but we contacted Bobby and he answered and remedied our concerns very quickly. Nothing to worry about. We would rent from this establishment again. One amazing view

When we arrived one of the door knobs was completely broken off. Maintenance was there to fix it very quickly without me notifying anyone so it wouldn’t be an inconvenience for us. The hot tub and view was lovely. The lighting strung over the hot tub made the night view even more relaxing. They didn’t have any cleaning products there for me to clean stove, countertops, table, or wash clothes with but the host told me to buy whatever I needed and he would refund me my money for it. If you are always cold but go with someone that’s always hot either bring a thick blanket or you can double or triple up on the thin blankets they have there. Review showed one bathroom had a tub but it doesn’t. I was a little lost without my tub but the cabin was still worth it. It was no more than a 15 to 30 minute drive from all the things we did while there. Close to town but still felt secluded which I loved. I’d definitely rent this cabin again.

The best view!

We really enjoyed our stay at the amazing view! Bobby was very quick to respond to messages and even checked in with us the day after we arrived to make sure everything was good. The cabin was clean and had the best view! I would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointing stay.

Property was not clean. Mouse droppings everywhere. Furniture needed to be replaced long ago. We actually put sheets over the furniture to use it. The location was close to everything and the view was amazing. Too bad all the other things were so bad!

Best choice in cabins

I looked at a lot of cabins before choosing this one. We ended up loving absolutely loving it. Here are some reasons: 1) the pics do not do justice. Looks way better in person 2) the view was amazing obviosuly. 3) it felt more secluded than aot of the other cabins 4) Great location! Close to Public and the main strip. 5) Cabin was clean and had everything we could possibly need. 6) the tv was easy to use and equipped with every provider from Netflix to Disney Plus. We watched a really great show on Disney plus in the morning when it was a little chilly to be outside. It was called "Growing up Animal" in the National Geographic section. 7) We lover Bobby's bear theme. there was the coolest bear decor/crafts 8) Bobby had great Communication 9) I got the chance to drive past some of the other cabins I turned down. The pics make them seem like they are more secluded and better views when they are actually subdivisions and not half as cool as this cabin.

Beautiful cabin ,Great location Agree with its name really Amazing View

UNBELIEVABLE view. This place was perfect for 2 to 3 couples. Very Clean and big bedrooms with Out side hot tub ,Super close to Publix in Pigeon Forge but felt secluded. Sun sets right on your porch. The Host Bobby is very nice and response immediately and ready to help.Definitely recommend. We will come next year definitely.

This place had a great view and everything we needed. There were cabins close by but it was still private. Bobby was super at getting us checked in and making sure everything was spot on . Would stay here again. Kids loved the hot tub and pool table

One amazing view !

We had a great time at the cabin. Spacious and fun! Hot tub pool table and fuse ball! Bring towels or a way to do laundry daily for a large group. Bring your own blankets - not enough for 8 people. Overall such a beautiful location - secluded way up in the mountains ! We would come back for sure ! Thanks Bobby!
