Beautiful small modern suite in a downtown passive house. Fantastic location as you're within walking distance to everything in Penticton - restaurants, bars, beach, boardwalk. City of Penticton inspected and sanctioned vacation rental - license #1006692.
Perfect for a single traveller or a couple and your small furry friend (pet-friendly).
This beautiful suite is set at the back of the house (above garage - 2nd floor upstairs)with access from lane and has everything you would need for a comfortable vacation or work trip. Enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. The compact kitchenette has an induction cooktop, microwave / small oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Comfortable Haven bed, wifi, cable TV, washer/dryer, heated bathroom floors, electric fireplace for those chilly winter evenings, and more.
Other things to note:
-Parking is suited for one regular-sized vehicle. Large vans or extended cab trucks will need to park on the main street (we will provide you instructions).
- The Suite is child-friendly, but please note there are steep stairs and the space is fairly small, so please bring a baby gate for the stairs if your child is in "exploration stage".
- The suite is also pet-friendly, but keep in mind it is a fairly small space and we kindly ask guests to not leave pets unattended and ask that dogs be on-leash when outside the suite.
- Bike storage available (bring your own bike lock)

Little Gem!

Such a lovely little self-contained apartment just two blocks from the beach. It has everything you need - including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Well-appointed and comfortable, within walking distance of great coffee shops, local breweries and restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely spot.

Awesome stay

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property. It is the perfect location close to everything including the beach and Main Street. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The place itself is quiet, clean, and beautiful. The AC was great. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Had bike storage for us. We rode every day except the day we left, so storage was important. Did not have a bath tub. I am older so like my baths. The shower needs something on the bottom to avoid slipping. Very simple. Very good.

Compact and comfortable

Myself, my spouse and our cat enjoyed our week long stay. The space is small, but well utilized and includes bonuses like the heated floor in the bathroom, dishwasher, in suite laundry, the spacious deck and locked gated area for bikes. The location is walking distance to downtown and several pubs/ restaurants. We would recommend this place to a couple or single travellers

Visit with close friends in penticton

It was very close to our friends place, excatlty as advertised. Cozy and clean. We were able to spend a ton of time with friends and explore penticton and it was just a short walk back to the place when we called it a night. We very much enjoyed ourselves and the place was a great home base for our visit

Thankful for letting us bring our pet.

Walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Big enough parking for our truck. Pet friendly. Clean and well stocked. Even had a small balcony that we could enjoy our coffee on. Tons of places to.walk your dog. The channel is not far to get too and its a good run and people are friendly. But please leash you dog in town and clean up after them. I really appreciated that vrob have places that allow pets. Lets not abuse that.

Fantastic Location

Location was perfect, back from the main noise but very close to walk to the lake. Yan was very responsive to our requests and there was some very helpful info on what to do. If we ever come back we'll definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet space for two. Short walk to beach, parks and restaurants. Beautiful clean space with elevated outdoor deck, and much needed air conditioning in Penticton summer! Will definitely be back in the future!

Great location

Very small property, but perfect for 1-2 people. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Property faces other homes, so little privacy if on the deck. Not great location for dog potty breaks unless you want to walk a bit.

Relaxing stay in Penticton

This unit was bright, clean and well supplied with everything we needed. I would suggest that the description of the unit should make mention of the fact that it is accessed by a steep staircase. We did appreciate that we were permitted to bring our small non shedding dog..

Excellent executive style suite

I was incredibly grateful for the amazing, clear check in directions when I arrived at midnight! From start to finish, this trip was seamless in terms of communication, booking and use of the suite. It was clean, organized, thoughtfully laid out and centrally located. Would recommend for a single traveler (as I was) or couple. (Stairs at the entrance of the suite would make this tricky for some with limited mobility or a toddler).

Not a great smell but a great location

Upon arrival we were hit with a very pungent aroma that was masked by a strong plug in scent. The smell remained the entire 8 days we were there. The floors also felt unclean when we arrived and there were food items in the fridge. The location was fantastic and the AC was much needed but the smell made it hard to stay in the unit for longer periods of time.

I moved from Vancouver to Penticton about 4yrs ago. Since then, I've make it my mission to discover everything the Okanagan has to offer. I especially love all things outdoors - skiing, hiking, mountain biking, camping. All of which are usually followed to a trip to a local brewery or winery. I manage a few Vacation Rental properties for home owners in the area in hopes of showcasing the best of their space.
