Constructed in 2019, the Stirling House hosts 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Plenty of space with an open architecture creating a phenomenal entertainment area. Just a quick walk to Cape May's beaches and downtown. You’ll enjoy spacious bedrooms with a Jr. master suite w/queen, private bath and tv on the first floor. Additionally, on the first floor is a bedroom/office with a queen bed. The second floor has a sprawling master suite w/king bed, fireplace, private bath and tv. The second also has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a twin and queen, the other has a full xl bed over a queen bunk and a twin. The bedrooms are connected by a generous two sink bath with shower.
The first floor has a large, well equipped gourmet kitchen and Butler’s pantry, dining area and entertainment area with a fireplace and a 65 inch 4k TV. Adjacent to that is a comfortable sun-filled room with couches and chairs. A full bath with Shower/Tub and a Washer/Dryer area.
Outside there is a patio with seating and an umbrella, wood fire pit and large grill. The garage houses 8 bicycles for your use, extra refrigerator, beach equipment, and a Corn Hole set. During the beach season we offer use of beach badges, a Beach Box to keep beach chairs at the beach in and an outside shower. Plenty of free, on the street, and driveway parking.

Family Get Together in Cape May

The Stirling House was the perfect vacation home for our extended family of 11. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space and the home is a short walk or bike ride to the Washington St Mall and the beach. Women Who Wine Getaway

Our group, "WWW" or "Women Who Wine," have gotten together for a long weekend every year since 2010. This year we decided to stay local and go to Cape May. We could not have chosen a better house; it was extremely clean, fully equipped and just so beautiful! The owners spared no expense in making their home comfortable. Family Vacation

Family vacation; 6 adults, two teens and 2 kids under 5. Location was ideal; an easy drive to beaches, farms, nature trails, grocery store and a playground. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of glassware, dishes and appliances. We didn’t use the outdoor shower, but the foot wash was really helpful after an afternoon at the beach. We appreciated the starter paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and ziplock lock bags. We also brought a box of each since we ate majority of our meals at the house, and a few extra dish towels for the kitchen. Communication with host was easy, with a quick response time. We all agreed it was a wonderful stay and would rent again. Thank you :)

A wonderful family memory

For the last two years my family has gotten together for an extended vacation by the beach. This year, we had a wonderful visit in Cape May. We loved staying in Bob and Laura's home, which is very close to Broadway Beach. Their home is warm and inviting and has plenty of amenities, including open concept kitchen/living room that made my large family very comfortable. We have many memories going to the beach; exploring different parts of Cape May (e.g. Cape May Zoo, Lighthouse, aviation museum, and Cape May Brewery as well as other restaurants); and relaxing by the fire pit. My son enjoyed riding his bike in the neighborhood and the kids (all three and younger) enjoyed kicking their soccer ball and swimming in our kiddie pool in the backyard). I would recommend their home to my friends and family.

Sterling House

The Sterling House was at a great location away from the hubbub of the city with plenty of parking but close enough to farmer’s markets, beach, quaint shops, Washington Mall, etc. We were very pleased with how clean the house was. The home was large enough to easily accommodate 11 people. We celebrated 2 birthdays and and engagement there! We would highly recommend this home.

Family Reunion

This property was amazing! Extremely well supplied with daily items needed not typical of rental units. My children and grandchildren had the most wonderful times here. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beach, farmers market around the corner. We enjoyed the firepit and outdoor space every evening. Bikes, cornhole and beach chairs with beach passes were a plus. We met up with my brothers and sisters who live in NJ total of five siblings, my brother sailed his boat to the marina and we enjoyed time at the Lobster house as well. The weather was so cooperative during our stay from Arizona. So pleased to have found Sterling house!!! Thank you for the best time ever!!

Five Star Rental!!

Don't pass up this great rental in Cape May. This was the most well equipped rental home I’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen has everything you need and more, the backyard has plenty of seating and activities, and the main level provides a great gathering space. Would definitely come back!

Great rental!

Very attractive, clean house with many upgrades. Living area very open and light. . Great yard with fire pit and comfortable furniture throughout. We enjoyed using the bicycles and corn hole set. The photos on VRBO does no justice to when you walk you into the actual space. It was open, spacious and enough for 11 of us to be in one space together and the moms had more than ample space to cook together. Home away from home

Will definitely stay there again! It was clean, comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. Beds very comfortable and more than enough for our party. From the moment we walked in the house felt like home. The open floor plan was spacious and airy for being all together and still have some privacy. Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable home. Several of us had to work during the week and the house is spacious enough so that everyone could find a quiet place for phone calls and meetings. This is our first time staying in West Cape May and we all enjoyed exploring the neighborhood—farm stands, bakery, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Bikes, beach box and tags, and linens are all a big plus!

Perfect Family Vacation Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The Stirling House, located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in West Cape May, was the near perfect vacation home for our family. The house is a modern, fairly newly built home with five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, two of which are located on the first floor. The first floor had a wonderful large open concept family room that opened into a large gourmet kitchen which had high-end appliances and cookware. At one end of the kitchen, in it’s own separate space, there is a great coffee station and wine cooler along with a small prep sink. This is one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a rental property, or private home for that matter. At one end of the family room there is also a separate sitting area for reading or just relaxing. Across from this space there is also a full first floor bath with a tub/shower combination for the little ones. Next to this there is also a spacious laundry room with high end appliances. The back door leads out onto a wonderful patio with comfy furniture and a large umbrella for shade. There is also a fire pit which would be great for cooler evenings. There is also a large Weber grill. Near the back door there is also a really nice outdoor shower and dressing area with a bench. Another great feature is the separate foot shower for getting rid of all that beach sand. The second floor has a huge master suite along with two other bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. I really appreciated the luxurious bathroom and bedroom linens. The amenities don’t end here. In the garage there were eight new bicycles for our use along with helmets and bike locks. There were also lots of beach chairs and a beach umbrella which could be stored during your stay in the very convenient beach box provided at the Madison Ave. beach. I almost forgot… 14 beach badges are also provided. The large front porch is the perfect place for early morning coffee and just hanging out. I wholeheartedly recommend The Stirling House for your next family vacation or gathering.

Family Reunion

This was a beautiful place to have a family reunion! I did have to contact Robert regarding an issue and he was most gracious and helped to resolve the issue immediately! There was plenty of room for everyone. It has everything you need to prepare for family meals. It truly is a beautiful house and many memories were created! You can't go wrong renting this house.
