7 bicycles as well as 14 access passes to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor & all additional Watercolor pools. Blissful Shores is located near Western Lake and is within walking/biking distance to WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and all additional WaterColor pools.

This beautiful home in WaterColor is a perfect location for your next large gathering! Located close to Camp WaterColor, 25 Rain Lily Lane has all of the upgrades you are looking for and is luxury living at its best. The living area offers beautiful beamed ceilings that complement the rich wood flooring. An attached kitchen and dining area provide openness and all of the amenities you deserve, Gorgeous quartzite counters beautifully adorn this state-of-the-art kitchen, which featuring luxury appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. The well-appointed front porch is the perfect place to end the day next to a warm fire. Five king bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms. With the beautiful décor and gorgeous bathrooms, the toughest decision will be deciding who gets which room. An additional porch on second floor is a quiet place to relax with a swing. The third floor has fun, cheery built-in bunk rooms featuring four twin sized beds, two full size beds, and 4 full size bed bunks. A second living area on the third floor of this breathtaking home offers seating and a flat screen television for watching movies, playing games, or reading a book. This home provides parking for four vehicles and comes with seven bicycles.

WONDERFUL HOME AND LOCATION!

We had a large family/friend vacation and the home was wonderful. Perfect areas for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed some good conversation. Location was near perfect and easy to access a lot of the amenities. Property manager communicated well and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

Great house

House was perfect! We had three families with kids ranging in age from 8-16. Plenty of masters with king beds for the adults, and the third floor with plenty of bunks and game room was perfect for the teens/tweens. Kitchen was well stocked and lay out of house was fantastic! Rental company was very responsive to our needs.

Great

This is a great property for a large family! We have four children and five grandchildren. The house was not very well stocked with essentials such a toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. Be prepared to bring those things or purchase them.

perfect for large families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home had an amazing amount of space for our extended family and we loved staying there. The living, dining, and kitchen areas were great and provided ample seating for us all. We had a wonderful week in this home. Our biggest complaint was trying to cook our thanksgiving meal with the oven not working properly. It took so many hours longer than it should have because the oven would not ever get up to even an average temperature, but it was a holiday so we never remembered to request a repair while we were staying there. Hopefully it has been remedied by now. The home was nicely furnished but really needs a good deep cleaning. This is especially important considering the $2000 per night rental cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blissful Shores is a great house for families as it is large and has a great lay out. The bunk rooms provide very comfortable sleeping arrangements for kids. All the bedrooms are good size and are ensuite. The location is very close to the Frog Pool and playground. The golf cart is very helpful. The house does need a little TLC and a bit more cleaning---I am sure it is difficult to clean this large a house in a few hour turnover. I would definitely rent this house again.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed the most beautiful week in watercolor. the weather was perfect, the location of the house is excellent and the staff managing the house were very easy to deal with it! Very helpful! The downstairs washer is broken and sounds like it has been for some time, beyond that the property was great!

large family vacation at blissful shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very fun experience. The rental company was very responsive via text. Only one minor issue during the stay in that one of the 2 washing machines was not working, parts on backorder, but didnt know that before arrival. renal company brought us extra towels to get thru the week. the community apparently recently changed the minimum age for wristbands from 12 years old to 5, so make sure you account for that if using the amenities onsite. We had 5 grandchildren under 12, but over five, so when this got changed we were slightly over the allotted wristbands. Wasnt a big deal in that we didnt all use amenities at the same time, but even if part of our guests went to one of the pools and others to the beach, you needed the bands for access. Fortunately for us, some of us went shopping or other places, so we didnt need to exceed the allotted bands.

Perfect for 8th grade Graduation

This house is beautiful and absolutely wonderful for large groups!! Especially fabulous for a mom/ son trip- every mom had a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (no awkward "who gets the master" moment) and ALL the kids were on the 3rd floor. The rental agents were incredibly helpful and responded with lightning speed when we had questions/ needed assistance. This property and our stay was literally perfection- not one bit of constructive criticism to offer. Stay here!!

Though the location made for quiet nights and excellent ease to all the pools, beach and restaurants, the house was WAY over priced compared to previous large homes we have stayed in at Watercolor. The main floor layout was great for our family of 7, with plenty of room to stretch out, however we would have loved to sit out on the porch and enjoy the fresh air, but the cushions on the patio furniture were filthy! Our family felt the management group and/or the owners were stingy with simple amenities like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. At previous luxury homes we've rented at Watercolor, the house supplied some spices, vegetable oil, ketchup and other needed condiments previous tenants would have left. It was silly to ask each renter to purchase the above items and then asked to take them with them at the end of their stay. The towel supply was plenty, but like the sheets, were of sub standard quality. The house was dusted and vacuumed, but only the minimum requirement especially in the bathrooms. Sadly, we would not rent this property again.

Summer 2021

This was our 4th time to stay at this property. This property works for our large family (18). We could tell there had been some furniture upgrades which were nice. Apparently the dishwasher was a temporary unit since it was not properly secured (we thought it would tip over every time we opened the door). Also, the air conditioning for the third floor remains an issue. We know to bring multiple circulating fans in order to make it reasonably comfortable for sleeping. Apparently the builders didn't realize that hot air rises!! Our largest issue was lack of proper housekeeping when we arrived. After contacting property management, the owner of the housekeeping company made multiple visits to the house to make things right. He explained the major staffing problems being experienced by service companies, and apologized for our issues. This was very much appreciated . All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation!!

Comfortable home

This house was very well laid out for a large group. It was open and still cozy with several areas to visit. The home needs a VERY thorough cleaning. We were so disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms and floors. Obviously nothing is moved when the cleaning crew comes in. There was urine on our bathroom floor under the trash basket next to the toilet when we arrived. But all in all it was a great house, well furnished and great for our family. Loved the location of it...walking distance to almost everything!

Wonderful for large groups!

We loved this property! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out - with a big kitchen and tons of dining seating, great porches, and a massive great room for hanging out. Property manager was incredibly responsive to answer all our questions before and during the trip. We've stayed in Watercolor many times, but never in this area. It's far more quiet than the Camp Watercolor area or a house along Western Lake, which made it feel like a nice retreat (especially after dodging crowds in Seaside, and given the number of teens roaming around on bikes at night). Would definitely recommend this property and return again!
