Maison Totale proposes: A recent villa built in the traditional Basque style at the end of a quiet dead end road. It is very close to the « bourg », the centre of the lovely traditional Basque village of Ahetze, only a few kilometres away from the coast and the cosy towns of St Jean de Luz and Guethary.
The cosy family villa built on a hill and has about 140m2 on a 700m2 plot, with wooden decks, a nice pool and 2 parking places. From all the rooms and terraces on different levels you have a magnificent view on the countryside with fields and forests. The house faces south east, so you can enjoy the sun most of the day starting with a sunny breakfast
The house is fully equipped to accommodate 7 people. We enter on the ground floor; an entrance (mid-height) with stairs going down to a large living space consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, lounge area with television and an office area. The bay windows are opening onto a south-facing terrace with electric awning. On this floor there is a first bedroom with sofa bed (140*90 cm)and a toilet. Continuing upstairs: at the end of the corridor we find the master bedroom with a doublebed(140*90 cm) enough storage spaceand a bathroom with a large triangle bath. There are two more bedrooms; a children’s room with a single bed and another bedroom with a double bed (140*90 cm), these 2 rooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Ahetze is situated in between Biarritz and St Jean de Luz, both about 10 km away. It’s a typical Basque village and a perfect spot to start your discovery of the surroundings: Basque traditions, surf beaches, the start of the mountains of the Pyrenees, tapas in Spain, all at a stone’s throw!
