The perfect location, and only a 5-7 minute walk to world famous Grace Bay Beach! Located in the heart of Grace Bay near Seven Stars Resort and the Ritz Carlton Resort. 5-7 minute walk to the beach. 4 minute walk to the grocery store, and 10 minute walk to the best restaurants and shopping on the island. No rental car is needed.

This 790 sq. ft. luxury one bedroom, newly built condo (Nov 2020), provides all necessary amenities for your home away from home.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

We enjoyed our one week stay and hope to return. The condo looks just like the photos - clean and high end. The complex has a nice little pool area with a grill. There were quite a few guests, but it was so quiet at night. We were an easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Nathan was great to work with. Directions were easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place in Paradise!

Everything about our stay was top notch! We have been to many places and by far- the cleanliness, the location, the quiet atmosphere, the pool, you name it - was exactly the place we were hoping it would be. The beach is a quick walk or drive and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. There is a ton of info on the surrounding area in a folder provided by the property owner. The communication from the moment we rented the property until the day we left was perfect. We will definitely stay here again and tell others of our experience.

Great Place - Would Definitely Rent Again

The location is great. It's very easy to get anywhere from this location. Short walk to the beach and the grocery store. We rented a car and were able to park it on the property. All the items you need for the beach are available including beach towels. Washer and Dryer are a great addition. Full size refrigerator makes it easy to store foods. The King size bed is so comfortable that I fell asleep very quickly. And best of all the host was great. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. Can't wait to go back. Thanks!

A Perfect Place!

This condo was amazing! Nathan (the owner) was so helpful and accommodating right from the start. It is centrally located and walking distance to beach, grocery store, restaurants, and bars. The condo had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in for the night and also head to the beach. One night we lost power and when we returned there was a flashlight on our welcome mat if we needed to use it. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and even laundry detergent, so pack light! A great wagon and all the beach gear you can think of. Thank you again for an amazing week on the island! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, super modern and clean condo and the photos were 100% accurate.

So many great things to say about this rental. The host was outstanding with immediate replies to all questions and great advice regarding local best beaches! Beach chairs, cooler, beach cart and snorkeling gear brand new and I’m great shape. Perfect for exploring area beaches on your own. Recommend renting a car so you can take full advantage of this listing and the surrounding secluded beaches.
