This light and bright condo with coastal touches is the perfect place for a relaxing beach trip! The private balcony with views of the ocean and sunrise has a table and chairs for meals outside or just bird watching. The second balcony has a view of the sunset!
Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and gives your stay that spa-like atmosphere.
A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to stay home for meals, or you have your choice of lots of great restaurants nearby for dine-in or carry-out.
Your stay here offers a great location: just steps to the beach, or a short drive to downtown St Augustine, great restaurants, shops, and more!
There is a new walkway over the dunes to the beach, plus tennis and a pickleball court, a basketball court, a newly renovated, heated swimming pool and plenty of parking.
This second story condo at Anastasia Condominiums is close to the stairs for easy access, or use one of the 3 elevators in the building.

Great condo on the beach.

The condo was a great location with a nice pool and easy beach access. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. The host was lovely and very reaponsive.

Relaxing beach location

We had a great stay and Kathy was always very responsive. The condo was clean and updated and had a good view of the ocean. The pool was also very nice (much better than the picture). Great location and great condo!

Great Condo!

Wonderful experience! Host was easy to get in touch with and always responded in a timely manner. This condo was stocked with everything we needed, and more, for the week. Location was great. The gated property gave us a sense of security and safety! Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Heaven

The property was decorated beautifully and very clean! The owner was quick to let me know I would be able to check in early on my day of arrival. We had one small plumbing issue, but the owner and her husband were over within 30 minutes and got it taken care of. Great owners and wonderful listing. Highly recommend this place for your next stay. 🌞🌞

Family vacation 2023

This condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It also included beach towels, chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella and a wagon to tote it all down to the beach. I love that is was a gated community. Beach access was great as well. The hosts were very congenial. We couldn't ask for a better home away from home!

Lovely Condo with Everything You’ll Need

We had a very nice experience at the condo this year. We were impressed with how well stocked the unit was. Plenty of cookware and all the paper and cleaning products necessary to avoid going home with a case of dirty laundry! The furniture was practical and comfortable. Plenty of seating options for all the in the room activities. It’s a great choice for a week at the beach.

Kathy and Ernie, the property managers, were wonderful to work with! The property was exceptional - beautifully decorated and well furnished. Wonderful decks to enjoy the sun and the views. Everything in the condo was well taken care of - and so are the public areas of the complex.

Our First Hurricane!

The condo was nicely decorated and the unit and surrounding areas were very clean and well maintained. The owners had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation from indoor games for that rainy day or hurricane as well as beach chairs, toys, towels and cooler. We would definitely stay again!

Do yourself a favor and book it!

Book this condo for your trip! You will not regret it! This was probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. Everything was exceptionally clean. The condo had everything we needed. The location was wonderful and the people who live and work in the building were all so nice! Also, it’s so safe because there are gated entryways around the property. I was really looking forward to staying in this condo and it beat all my expectations! Thanks Kathy!!

Fantastic place and location

Our host and this location was fantastic. Just the getaway needed. Property was very clean, beautifully decorated and with easy access to the beach. We were supplied with everything needed by our gracious host - delicious coffee, chocolates and everything for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler and more). The property was a simple short hop to historic St. Augustine, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful condo and location!

This was our first time to St. Augustine but certainly won't be our last. Was impressed at all the 5-star reviews for this property and now I can see why. The condo was exactly as shown and more. We loved the layout, the openness, all the windows, proximity to the beach, and quality of everything in the condo. Even our teenagers loved it! Communication with the owners was the best I've ever had and you can tell they take great care and pride in what they do. Staying here was like the best of both worlds - quiet beach atmosphere but close enough to all the fun of downtown St. Augustine.
