3 NIGHT MIN! Private gated and secluded resort like home near the airport and the strip! Great for working remotely with a desk work space in master bedroom. Huge grass lawn areas, Pool and spa with waterfalls, slide, grotto, covered patios, tree swings, separate casita with full kitchen. Total 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. 5th bath is an outdoor pool bathroom with shower in the garage.
Each bedroom has its own smart TVs. Pool table, table tennis, large connect 4, bean bag toss, board games and more to enjoy! Outdoor covered patio with lounge sofa and dining table. Day beds to relax by the pool, and more! Great for large family’s
and group gatherings!
There is an additional pool/spa heat fee per day. Please inquire at least 3 days in advance for pool to be heated.

Lack of transparent communication, misrepresentation of listing, not worth the value

We booked this property on the sole expectation that we would have a heated pool and hot tub access for the kids to create a memorable family experience. Not only were we lied to about the capacity for the heating system there to power the water features, the pool and the hot tub simultaneously, but once we arrived the pool was cold. After 24 hours the pool and hot tub were still cold. Why even after a heating option? Not only is this offering misrepresented on the listing ( this is not a heated pool or hot tub, don't be deceived) the showers in the casita and master bedroom run cold quickly, don't expect hot showers in these bathrooms. There are no check in instructions so be sure to ask any and every question you can think of. This is a highly overvalued listing when paired with no pool/hot tub access. I wouldn't recommend this property due to the lack of transparent communication and the dishonest representation of the property.

First impression was honestly awful. It doesnt look like a great area, there is continous construction, and the outside of the house needs a lot of TLC. The main areas of the inside of the home is okay

Private Paradise

Everything was as advertised. Property was large and spacious, fit everyone comfortably. Location was perfect! Felt like we we're in our own world with plenty of privacy. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The pool was nice and refreshing and served as a great backdrop for photo opportunities. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend. Our group is planning on making this an annual trip!

Awesome property!

We were a group of 16 celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed! We had space to spread out and the backyard/pool area is gorgeous. We had a ping pong tournament, played endless games of pool and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Awesome!

Perfect for large group.

We came here for a group of 15 adults and enjoyed the stay. The outdoor area including the pool is large and perfect for a big group. Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed. About 15 minutes from the Strip.

Great property for groups

This property has lots of space and rooms for large groups to spread out. It is an older property but has been a bit updated and nicely redone inside. The pool and spa were the best part for the kids, with a grotto and working slide. We came for a baseball tournament, and it was conveniently located to the fields as well as food and grocery stores. Easy to find on a very quiet street. The hosts were very receptive when we needed help and any issues we had were always addressed. Just note the gate does not close which was a minor inconvenience to us as we had a dog but not a huge deal in the big picture.

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay with 6 adults, it has everything you need but the highlight is the outdoor space with pool, hot tub and waterfall. We called it “the compound” because the layout is definitely different but it work fine for us.

This property was great! Paula and Miranda were very responsive and answered any questions I had. We were a group of 14 women and would absolutely recommend staying here if you have a large group or multiple families. The separate house out back was perfect, they had just fixed the AC so the house stayed cool the whole time. They also had full length mirrors in every room that made the getting ready process a lot easier. The pool was better than expected! For being there in Aug, it was very refreshing and relaxing, the slide was a fun bonus.

Spacious with fabulous pool

We had a group of 12 and had more than enough room for our stay. The house was stocked well with amenities and we spent much of the time outside around the pool all day which was wonderful! The slide and waterfall turned on at 10a every morning and we loved the ping pong and pool tables! A few things to note ( other reviews also noted them), there is a lack of mirrors, if management would add a few full length mirrors propped up in the closets, more people can get ready at once, especially with a larger group. A few more deck chairs would be great too! Last, the casita air could not keep up with the daily heat. It would get over 80 degrees during the day and the air was running. The main house was comfortable, but the casita was hot. So the 4 people that stayed there came to the main house to get ready for the evening after showering, hence having a few mirrors outside of the bathrooms would be helpful. If you don’t have a car, it’s not a super convenient walk to pick anything up (we pre-ordered groceries and picked them up via Uber and were set for the trip). Overall, it’s a quiet location, Ubers were readily available within minutes to get us wherever we wanted to go, loved all the outdoor covered spaces to hang out and enjoyed the pool everyday! The house was bright and clean and everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable! It’s a great rental for a group who want to easily go enjoy Vegas, but not have to stay in a hotel on the Strip.

Overall, enjoyable stay

We recently stayed for my 40th Birthday/Bachelorette party- overall, the house(s) were large, clean, and had ample space for our group of 15 40ish women to spread out. But, there were a few things we had wished we had known ahead of time so here’s a list of pros/cons Pros: -we had requested an early check in, and they let us check in 2hrs early -beds were SUPER comfy -Paula was always responsive within the hour -large rooms with plenty of space -pool is as pictured and lovely -water slide is fun Cons: -there are 2 separate houses- we didn’t realize that based on the listing. The main house has 4bdrm/2ba and casita has 2bd/2ba… 5th ba is in the garage -1ba shared by 3bdrms with multiple beds (potentially 10ppl). The shower is clear glass, so unless you are very open, you can’t get ready to go out while someone else is showering…. Which leads to the next issue… -there are no full length mirrors and BARELY any mirrors in either house! This proved to be bit of a problem with 15 women trying to shower and get dressed to go out in Vegas. Very strange -another issue was there aren’t that many wall outlets… I remember watching 5 women walk around with hair dryers looking for somewhere to dry their hair lol. -we were only left with 2 trash bags… after the first day, 1 was full. Hard to clean up while leaving -no dish towels. Weird, again. -not enough pool chairs/lounges and 1 was broken -the biggest issue was the pool. We were confused about the whole policy of paying to heat the pool but the hot tub couldn’t be heated at the same time… I guess it’s a normal thing there, but I had called Paula a few days before to check in and see if we should heat the pool and she told me it was reading 78 so she said it probably wasn’t needed. We got there 3 days later (weather had gotten hotter, not colder) and the pool was probably about 60-65 degrees. Not good. So I called to have it heated, which she did and it warmed up by the next day. The constant texting back and forth to turn on the hot tub, turn on the water slide, turn off the features etc was kind of annoying. Seems like it would be annoying for them too, but I guess that’s just how it is. Paula was very responsive and did everything we asked within the hour so that was great -the outside pool area lights never turned on. I texted Paula about it, but she said they were showing “on” for her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay- just trying to give some helpful info. I’d be sure to heat the pool!

Great Property Needs More Seats to Lounge

We had a great guys trip for March Madness. The property was great and not a far Uber to the strip or Freemont however here is a tip, coming back to house was cheaper in a taxi at night than an Uber. Property owners were great with ample communication before and during. Only problem we had was during the daytime hanging in the house since still a bit cold outside, would have been nice to have maybe another couch or some better chairs around or seating options. Small detail here and would have not been an issue in other seasons. Would gladly stay again!

Great place to stay. Clean and the host managers were very helpful and quick to respond to our requests. The house and property are beautiful. Hope to stay there again. Wish we could have used the pool but understand issues arise and they were working hard to get it taken care of which they did but the weather did not cooperate with our time. Thank you Wendy. Great Property in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was great, a beautiful property where we housed our big group, made big meals and played games outdoors for a few days. The space was amazing. Some of the rental details were clunky. We were given the wrong address to the property and none of the details were provided to checkin or get wifi, we had to continue messaging. They also made us pay an additional $200 cash to heat the hot tub and pool (we assumed it would be heated as it’s part of the listing), but it wasn’t heated consistently and we were not able to use it every day which was a major disappointment. For such a big property little things like garbage bags, cleaning supplies and even hand towels were in short supply. Overall it was great but a few big gaps overlooked.

This property is beautiful and the property manager was soo east to work with. There were 16 of us and we had MORE than enough room between the main house and the casita. Highly recommend!

Relaxing time for my birthday

I had a nice time for my 40th birthday at this location. I didn't want to do anything big just chill out in a pool with some drinks and eat and hang out with my friends and family. The only issues we had was with the internet. It kept going in and out and we had to keep resetting the router. Also the back house AC was not consistant. Its like it was on a timer. It would shut off during the day when it was the hottest and come back on at night. My family stayed in the back house and all they did was complain about how hot it was and how the AC didn't work so they had to use fans. The property manager sent someone out to fix it the first night but it just kept cutting off at certain times during the day. That's the only reason I wouldn't give this place 5stars
