Welcome to 4 Walnut Street, a classic Maine beach house located 50 paces from the entrance to Maine's famous 7 mile stretch of soft, rock-free, sandy beach, and only minutes walk to the heart of Old Orchard Beach.

A few highlights:

-- 5 bedrooms (1 queen on the 1st floor), 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 queen, 1 twin, and 1euro king.

-- You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and bath towels, however, if you prefer to order our Bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) these can be ordered for $100 bath towels sets for all guests $130,These are professionally laundered and plastic sealed for freshness. Just be sure to let us know and we will add either one or both to your reservation order.

-- 1 1/2 baths on 1st floor, 1 full bath on the 2nd floor.

-- Fully equipped kitchen with proper pots/pans, dishes, appliances, and all you need for a real lobster dinner + a New propane grill. And yes, those are my grandmother's dishes but they go right into the dishwasher!

-- Lots of outdoor seating on the wrap-around porch, sun room dining area, and comfy living room.

-- Wifi, cable TV.

-- Parking for 5 cars in the paved driveway, one spot for each room

-- Fans available in all bedrooms for those occasional balmy nights.

-- 7 miles of flat, sandy, rock-free, town-cleaned beachfront awaits you just 30 seconds from your front door.

-- Everything in Old Orchard is in reach: A Food market at Landry’s plaza is a 10 min walk with wash and fold service and w/d ,Post office and the iconic OOB Pier a 10 minute walk down the beach, casual restaurants of every type, plus 2 golf courses within 3 miles of the house and fishing charters from Pine Point just 2 miles away.

All you need are your beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella (or you can rent these very close by).

Additional Information:

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. You can add these to your reservation. Comforters, bed pillows, and extra blankets are included for each bed.

PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, bath soaps, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges. Additional supplies are provided by the guests.

GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.

PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is firmly at 10:00 am on your day of departure. We will coordinate with your arrival and meet you at the property.Check-out time is 10:00am on your day of departure for Covid cleaning.Late departures or early check-in is unavailable for the 2021 season.
