We built this home with the intent to sleep 3 families, so we put a master bedroom on each of the 3 floors. We wanted a view of the ocean and so we built a crows nest which has the BEST 360 degree view of Port Aransas and the ocean! We put in all of our favorite amenities like the huge heated pool, a ping pong table, a garage that will fit a boat, wet bars with fridges on every floor, a gourmet kitchen, memory foam mattress on every bed, rain shower heads, ice maker, and the most amazing sunset deck. It was important for us to still be in town so you can get to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart within a 5 minute cruise. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac. There is enough parking for up to 7 vehicles. From the top deck you can see the ships coming in and out of the ship channel, the ocean, the bay. and all the way to Corpus Christi. A climate controlled garage finishout was completed in 2025 to enhance guest comfort while enjoying ping pong and corn hole!

Beautiful Beach House with Room to Relax and Entertain

We had a great stay at this beach house! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the large kitchen made it easy to cook and hang out together. The pool was definitely a highlight—everyone loved it. One of our favorite moments was watching the spectacular sunset from the crow's nest deck—absolutely breathtaking. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with a group!

Beautiful home close to the beach

This was a beautiful home with lots of space for a larger group. Having a master bedroom on each floor was a major perk. The kids loved the pool and the golf carts were a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This place is exactly as the pictures show and as described. It was clean and cozy. The heated pool was absolutely amazing. The included golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and little shops and restaurants. I have knee problems so the elevator came in so handy. There is plenty of space for all of us to gather and the observation deck was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be booking again on our next family/friend trip the Port A.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Three floors, three decks, good sized bedrooms + a large pool area- so it was wonderful not being on top of each other (7 adults & 2 teens). Golf cart was super convenient and kitchen/house was well stocked. There was even a beach cooler. Mike was great and very proactive in communication (sent a detailed PDF about the house amenities & things in the area ahead of time). Price was a bit more than we typically spend on our family vacation rental, but absolutely worth it!

The details

You will not find a better property manager! I'm a super planner and had several questions before and during our stay and every single time, my questions were answered promptly. When we arrived, the house was clean and exactly like the pictures. The elevator was very handy for carrying in our belongings. The first floor has a king room and one bath. Second floor has a king room, two twin bunks, and two baths. Third floor has another bunk room, two king rooms, and one bath. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig, extra ice maker, plenty of pans and utensils, and a large pantry to store all our groceries. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels (including beach towels). Like other reviews mentioned, the wifi was spotty at times. But when I notified the property manager, they came out immediately to reset the router. The pool was great and the teenagers loved the gaming table in the oversized garage. The golf cart provided was an awesome bonus. I like to read reviews when I'm booking a property so I hope the details I've noted help other planners out there. If this house is available when you are searching, I would HIGHLY recommend booking it!

Great Spot!

This property was great for our use! The pool to the observation deck all were used and enjoyed. Overall great experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back! Location is also great proximity to the beach and the downtown area with the restaurants and bars.

Great location

We loved the location but there were several places in the house that weren't clean. beds and towels with hair found on them. Garage was dirty. Patio was dirty and had a random propane tank sitting there. I planned to grill some meals but the grill was in the garage and I didn't know if it was working or not. Overall, the house was good. Lots of room and perfect location.

Great place to stay!

First off, I must mention the outstanding customer service / communication with host we had. There were two small hiccups that were handled immediately. I was quite amazed how quickly someone was out to fix the elevator and the heater on the pool. Literally within hours. Second (and lastly), the house is great…roomy and spread out. The common living /kitchen area was large enough for everyone to eat and socialize. The heated pool and area was nice to have because there were a few cooler days. The garage is LARGE with a ping pong table and cornhole. Love this house…and the attentive host for any needs or concerns we had while there.

The access to beach is 6 blocks away. Neighborhood a mix of unmaintained and abandoned houses. Next door dogs barked constantly. Not clean w cigarette butts everywhere. Grill rusted out… most of outdoor furniture etc rusted and not maintained.

Birthday Getaway

Super house for group of friends. Each person had their own space and the accommodations were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, but the elevator came in super handy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc to feed a large hungry group. Highly recommend these hosts and the Blue Marlini.

Great stay!

This house was the perfect size for 3 families, maybe more depending on sleep arrangements! Something to note that was specific to us but may help people decide if they want to stay here or not! We had 2 people over 60 staying with us and this house was HARD for them to stay in! The pool is on the first floor, kitchen on second floor and to even get in the house there is stairs so just keep in mind if the people traveling with you will have any trouble! Also there is a third flood but thankfully they did not need to go up there for any reason! Other than that the house was great! There is an elevator so that may have helped; however, it was not working properly at time of stay! Owner did come offer right away to check it out and offered to have someone check it out but we had already decided they would just stay on the second floor so not really needed, so we thought! Definitely needed with anyone older! Anyway overall great stay! Super attentive and great space!

Awesome home

The home was perfect for 15 girls and 1 guy. It was very comfortable, well laid out, and the owner has every need covered. He did not skimp on anything needed for a first class stay. The pool was well used, the beach very close, and the views were amazing! I can't say enough about this property.

Long Weekend Fishing Tournament

The house was great. Comfortable beds. Pool was perfect. We were down for a fishing tournament and had several trucks with boat trailers. Plenty of space. Only issue we encountered was the neighbor across the street. As we were shifting vehicles and golf carts around he, in a drunken stupor, called the police on us and claimed that we touched his yard with a trailer. Otherwise, awesome house, cool owners and looks just the photos.

Great For Family Gatherings

We stayed at this beautiful home the weekend before Memorial Day. My family absolutely enjoyed the cart that came with the house. We loved using the pool which had lights and was heated which was wonderful since we had 2 babies with us. There was a floaty for a baby among other fun toys in a rack in garage for everyone to use and enjoy. We enjoyed the deck on the back patio the first night we arrived. The crows nest had a wonderful view to the beach and surrounding neighborhood. We absolutely recommend for evening sunsets with the family or morning with your coffee. The kitchen came well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals (from baking) and grill out—we brought out own charcoal grill. We had all the typical small appliances needed for cooking—microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and there was 2 ice machines. The house is well suited for children—we had 2 babies with us. I inquired ahead of time and was so appreciative they provided us with a high chair and we found 3 pack and plays—just make sure to let Michael know so he can try to accommodate. The house also has child safety knobs so the little ones cannot get out of of the house (especially to the pool) when safety locks are engaged. The beds were super comfy and everyone was well rested while we were there. The only issue we had was trying to lock/unlock the front door with the keypad—needed to turn the knob at just the right time—but we communicated this to owner. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Getaway

My family came in from out of state for graduation and this was the perfect mini vacation for our large group. The owner communicated immediately for any questions/inquires I had. The house has everything you need, plus some!! Especially loved pool, separate patios, outside shower head to rinse off and a golf cart available to take to the beach!

Great house for spring break family vacation

We booked the Blue Marlini house for spring break a couple of weeks ago and the house was wonderful! There are 13 in our family and we had plenty of room. The heated pool was a huge success for our grandsons as they were in it every day and we appreciated having access to the golf cart. The house was clean when we arrived and well stocked with things we needed to get our week started. Michael and Marsha were great to work with, too. When I called them, they responded quickly, they were courteous and answered my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michael and Marsha!

Christmas Vacation

From the day we booked the property for Christmas in March, communication has been top notch with Mike. He allowed my parents to go in a couple days early to see what was available for kitchen items as we were hosting Christmas there. He also allowed us an early check in. The views with this house were amazing! The beds were comfortable. It honestly felt like a home away from home. It was cold while we were there, it was nice to be able to turn up the heat in the pool. Kids swam everyday. With that being said, the amount of money we spent for the week staying there, there could have been some improvement on things. No one had been staying in the house before we got there, we felt it could have been cleaner. For 10 people there were not many towels available and only five wash clothes. The golf cart didn’t have gas and was full of trash. We had to push it to the gas station to get gas. The back yard had beer cans and cigarette butts underneath the deck. We couldn’t even use the grill as it was disgusting. Don’t know when the last time it was cleaned. The waffle maker was full of batter and toaster didn’t work. There was also no crockpot that we could find. It also stated that it had direct tv. It wasn’t available when we were there. The Wi-Fi cut in and out. Mike actually sent Kelly out to restart the router. She eventually left open the closet so we could restart it without her coming back each time. The elevator was so nice for my MIL who can’t do stairs. The things that could be improved on were in no way a reflection of Mike and his property. Just think it was the cleaning company. I would 100% stay here again! You can’t beat the views, comfortable beds, amazing host and pool with this VRBO.
