Casa KK is a spacious, modern and cozy 2,610 SF, one-story home is located at Cedar Creek Lake, Texas' 4th largest lake, 45 minutes away from Downtown Dallas. It is located in the highly desirable Eastwood Island quiet neighborhood, it is only 3 minutes away from Main Street with its restaurants, shopping and retail. including Starbucks, Walmart and Cedar Creek Brewery. We have everything you need here for an amazing getaway.

Casa KK, your home away from home, is perfect for entertaining and features 4BR/3BA, newly built dock, 85 inch smart TV in the living room, 65 inch smart TV in three bedrooms, blazing fast internet / wifi, a beautiful stocked kitchen w/ coffee bar, updated amenities, open living space with stunning views of open waters and a relaxing porch / backyard to go fishing, use the fire-pit, outdoor gas grill or play corn hole. Our lake house has great cell phone coverage in case you need make a personal or business phone call.

The amazing views of unobstructed open waters through the floor to ceiling windows are what first greet you as you walk into this immaculately maintained, 4BR 3BA home. Whether you are looking for a break to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, extended holiday or are COVID-weary and looking for a change in scenery / vacation, we have you covered. This place is perfect for both small and large groups up to 12 people. Our cleaning crew works hard to ensure that all enhanced cleaning and disinfection guidelines are strictly followed. A key code and/or mobile key are also provided to deliver a contactless check in.

Casa KK represents modern luxury at its finest with stylish but comfortable furniture and has the amenities to accommodate short or long stays. The house has a newly built dock for boating, fishing or simple relaxation. The living room with its high ceilings and 85" Smart TV offers a great opportunity for family and friends to gather, chit-chat and watch DirecTV or a movie on Netflix. If you are looking for separate space, there is an adjacent family room where you can enjoy cocktails and the views. We have lots of board games for you and your family to enjoy.

The open dining room right off the kitchen features a beautiful dining room table with seating for 8 with 2 additional leaves tucked away. The LakeHouse has a newly remodeled full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fixtures is large with plenty of counter space for your cooking needs; it is equipped with all you need to prepare a large holiday meal, which can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the covered porch. Not to forget the wine cooler, which awaits you when you are ready to grab a wine glass and "chill".

Right off the kitchen, you will find the laundry room with a brand new full-size washing machine and dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. Your needs are truly covered.

When the time comes for everyone to retreat to their rooms, you will have 4 beautiful and spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV to appeal to everyone's entertainment taste - 3 with 65 inch smart tv and 1 with a 49 inch smart TV. Additionally, the master suite is equipped with a desk, large monitor and office chair at which you can work remotely using blazing speed internet.

Last but definitely not least, it has the covered porch featuring a dining table with 8 chairs overlooking the knockout lake views. With the house facing South, you need not worry about being blinded by the hot Texas sun. yet you can still enjoy the stunning sunsets. Additionally, should you decide to cook out, there is a brand new grill awaiting your BBQ skills.

When the weather is cooler, you can enjoy the backyard firepit and 4 chairs, right off the water. We also provides complimentary wood at your disposal.

The lake is open to all water sports such as sailing, skiing, wakeboarding, boat racing and fishing. Boat rentals are available around the lake including waverunners. The neighborhood is safe and walking & biking-friendly.

You will be required to sign the rental agreement upon booking.

With the addition of a queen size air bed in the family room, it will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
