YOUR ESSENTIAL HOME IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN. This very Spacious apartment offers beautiful views of the ocean, river and city of Miami. Guest are more than welcome to use all utilities and amenities in the property! Master Bedroom includes king size bed, built in closet/drawers and 1 Bathroom including one Shower and 1 Bathtub. The photos on the listing for this property are from when it was first furnished/listed. Much of the unit needs to be refurbished. My first impression of the unit was that it was very dirty, until I started looking harder and I realized that everything was actually very clean. The master bathroom was fine, the water pressure on the shower head was very poor. I ended up using the secondary shower head for the most part which did have strong pressure. The sinks in the master bathroom do not drain well and will flood. The bathroom feels very empty. The lightbulb above the shower barely has any light. The master bed was clean and tidy, but the sheets need to be changed. They feel like they’ve seen too much use and have visible stains on them. The curtains in the master bedroom and hard to move, and one of them has a huge tear on it. The living room furniture is very worn. No issues with the internet; it was perfect. The kitchen has almost everything you need (including a corkscrew for wine and wine glasses). The refrigerator does not dispense water or ice (the unit comes with ice trays). There were smudges/handprints on the balcony and living room windows. The balcony floor needed to be cleaned, it was dirty. Second Bedroom sheets are worn out, and had a stain. The front door has a lock that frequently jams up. The host was only communicative during check-in and that was about it. I tried to get a response from the host two days before check-in. They did not respond to my email or direct message. I tried to give them a phone call, but they declined; got no call back. I had to reach out to Vrbo support twice for them to get a hold of the host (which took me 20-30 minutes to go through the whole process). I just wanted to ask when I would be receiving check-in instructions. I only got check-in instructions on midnight the day of check-in. It could have been as simple as responding to me with an email, DM, or phone call. In summary, there many things wrong with the appearance of the unit that made it feel the opposite of luxury. You are paying strictly for a good view. That is it. The host owns many properties, so they will not take the same care in ensuring it is as pleasing as it should be for the price. The host will only communicate with you after you check-in, they will do as best as possible to avoid you beforehand. If you are seriously considering this unit, please look elsewhere. The unit desperately needs to be updated.

terrible
pictures on the website to me are deceiving but I understand that a lot of times they are . The building itself is not very nice at all . really poorly made in general . I had to wash my own towels as they were not even washed and they were really old . bed was not comfortable with only one sheet . But the worst part may have been I had to take cold showers as ther was no hot water. Terrible experience . Checked out a day early because it was so bad !!!!

Fantastic location and property. Condo has sweeping views of the river and bay to gaze at the yachts, dolphins and manatees as they pass by the boats. Management easy to access and very responsive. Multiple great places to eat nearby. Despite COVID-19 we were able to use the W hotel gym and swimming pool daily and enjoyed jet skis, and the thriller boat ride. Easily accessible walking/running trails allowed for daily beautiful runs. Do not hesitate to rent this unit!
