Welcome to our newly renovated Provençal villa to welcome you for your most beautiful holidays on the Côte d'Azur.

You will have the whole house, at the end of a very quiet dead end between two discreet neighbors and not overlooked.

The house is 130m square on a plot of 2500m square where Cherry, Olivier, lavender dot the garden and where 2 terraces and a backyard await your barbecues.

The 72m square swimming pool (12m by 6) and the pool house are at your disposal for your best dives.
There are 8 deckchairs, parasols available and buoys are of course included.

You can park easily, and in parking closed by the gate, 6 cars.

Located in Chateauneuf, mountain view, 10 minutes from Grasse, 15 minutes from Gourdon (elected among the most beautiful villages in France), 30 minutes from Cannes and Antibes you can walk to the heart of the village in 5 minutes where are located:
Bank, restaurants, bakery, bookstore, veterinary and medical office, florist and Irish pub for your evenings.
Every Monday morning a market offers its best products and 5 minutes walk from a children's playground.
3 minutes by car from a Casino supermarket open until midnight in summer and 10 p.m. the rest of the time, 10 minutes from a Super U and an Auchan and Leclerc hypermarket.

Inside: 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to combine them if necessary)
- 4 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, one of which is ensuite (bathroom and wc) and a bedroom with its private shower.
- 1 overall bathroom with bath and wc.
- 1 separate toilet

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating (reversible air conditioning).

A large living room - dining room with a table for 8 people / 8 chairs will host your best meals and the double sofa corner your Netflix evenings with the 70-inch smart TV and high-speed fiber.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped (utensils, crockery, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor and microwave).

Sheets and shower towels are provided but not beach towels.
Baby equipment is available on request.
