Single level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home complete with lots of outdoor patio areas for evening relaxation or enjoying the sun during the day. This home is located 1 block to 2 sandy beach park areas and the outdoor pool.

This 1400 square foot home features the following:

** Fully Equipped Kitchen with Bar Seating for 2
** Dining Area with seating for 6 and access to patio with Gas BBQ, outdoor dining and fire pit
** Living Room with TV/DVD, comfortable furnishings and access to patio
** Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV, private full bathroom (tub/shower) and access to patio
** Guest Bedroom with Bunk Bed and Queen Bed

** Fire Pit, Gas BBQ Grill, Basketball Hoop and lots of outdoor patio furnishings

This home is privately owned and is NO SMOKING / NO PETS. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.

Wapato Point Resort Amenities Include: Sandy Beach Waterfront Areas, Boat Moorage (Buoys/Docks), on-site watercraft rentals (motorized boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards), bicycles, tennis, fishing gear and more. Family Favorite!

This was our second summer staying at Casita, and it was just as great as the first! Loved the addition of the Ping-Pong table! The location is great for beach access too. Also, the best lawn and morning coffee spot on the point!

This casita was perfect for our family with 2 kids! The layout is great, tons of outdoor space, and loved the high ceilings with lots of light. Wapito Point has fantastic amenities with the pool and beach a close walk away.

This house was perfect. We loved the open floor plan and the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the patio watching people and animals. It was close to the beach and pool. A perfect house.

Great house on Wapato. Fully stocked. Great outdoor space as well! Only complaint is both beds are uncomfortable and bring your own pillow for comfort. Directions on how to use electronics would be helpful. And, you do have to take trash all the way to compactor by maintenance shed.

Had a wonderful stay at this home

My husband and I booked this home for ourselves during our wedding weekend. The home is beautiful and was extremely clean when we checked in. There is tons of natural light that comes through the tall windows & sliding doors. There is plenty of room for 3-4 adults or a family with small children. It also had all the amenities we needed in a kitchen and bathroom. We did not experience any issues with this rental. Bonnie, the host, was accommodating, on top of communication, and provided easy check-in instructions. She allowed us to check in a little earlier than usual as we had a rehearsal to attend and wanted some time to freshen up and we greatly appreciated that. Overall we could not have been happier with this home and the service provided by Bonnie. Thank you & we would love to stay here again one day! :)

Summarize the home was Immaculate and had everything we needed.. It is great that there are outdoor areas to relax both in the front and rear of home. Very nice neighborhood with places to walk.
