Amazing experience

My family and I had the most amazing stay during our vacation in Orlando. The house was the most perfect accommodation: cozy, comfortable, clean, quiet and centrally located to every place we needed- restaurants, shops, attraction locations and a church for Sunday worship. The only challenge was the traffic on I-4 but the GPS helped us navigate around it; It was the most ideal location to stay and I/we look forward to staying there again and again. It was easy to communicate with the host. I would recommend to anyone looking to have an amazing experience. Happy Stay/Welcome Home!!

Great Week

My family and I were in town to celebrate the holidays with Mickey and Minnie. Since we were there for a week, we wanted to rent a house and this one was great! It had everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable. Felt good relaxing there after 12hr+ days in the parks.

Quiet place to relax

Close to parks and grocery store. Quiet, gated neighborhood with nice pool within walking distance. Convenient laundry upstairs. We would definitely rent again. We were sent instructions for gate code and condo codes well in advance of our trip. One text and we were able to extend our trip by a few days.

Great place for families

We had an awesome stay!!! We loved the home and having access to everything! We were able to use the facilities at the club house. They were great! The home is near plenty of shopping and eating locations….. the best for us was that it was literally 14 minutes from Disney! This place gets more than 5 stars from our family. My sons absolutely loved the “Mickey room” that is what he called it. We would definitely stay here again!

Disney Bound

Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful, clean, spacious and affordable place for our first Disney trip in about 13 years. The location was perfect close enough to the parks to making traveling easy but far enough away to relax on our non park days. The pool was lovely and we really enjoyed it. The neighborhood area around us was wonderful tons of dinning options and grocery store all within less than a 5 minute drive. I had saw a compliant about the i4 traffic being awful however I did not feel like it was overly bad I mean it's i4 heading to the parks and it was really only a little bad getting on the ramp in the am and a little bad getting bad on at the parks at night but nothing major for i4. The villa was very spacious and extremely clean. We were just down in October and alot of rentals are getting rundown by unruly tenants so I can't even imagine how these owners can afford to keep their places up but this place was very affordable, and spacious, and had been very well maintained. Thank you so much for providing us with an affordable, clean, safe and spacious place to stay. We would def stay again in the future.

Just Meh

Master bathroom was gross with toothpaste in the sink. Mats looked to be unwashed. When contacted property manager they were willing to send cleaners but I already had. Told me 8 minutes before check in they were sending furniture movers during stay. Told them I wanted a private stay. Sent them anyway and said I "should have said no.". Unreasonable when coming to any type of refund for cleaning or for invasion of privacy, nor did they seem to care. Same with Vrbo who was unwilling to refund anything because I contacted after my stay not wanting any more of my hard earned vacation to be ruined. Place was overall decent but have stayed at better for the same price. If privacy is your thing, you may want to consider another place.

Excellent condo

This condo was a very nice place to stay and we felt like we were at home. Location was nice but the traffic on I-4 was horrible. The gated community was very nice. We did not even see any bugs in our condo. The swimming pool was awesome! We highly recommend this property.

Nice Location but So-so Furnishings

The place is in a good location (despite terrible traffic on I-4 at all hours of the day and night). There are nice restaurants near and the community was quiet and safe. It was fairly clean. The furniture was less than desirable. All of the beds are made of cheap furniture and squeak. The side tables are ruined with water stains and peeling paint. The curtains in the master bedroom are barely holding on the wall and do not cover the windows well. Also, the towels were a little stained. It was good for us for our stay but we won’t likely stay again. For the money, there are much nicer places to stay.

Outstanding stay for Disney Visit

Our family loved this property. It was very clean, spacious, and the the complex was very quiet. The pool was great! Restaurants and grocery store were within walking distance which was a huge plus. The drive to Disney World was about 25-30 minutes each day due to traffic on champions gate and some nearby construction.
