## Logement
My studio is located on the 5th floor without elevator and includes a living room with a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a clean shower room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Coffee machine.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
My accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your small shopping, you will find a "Casino Shop" and a "Vival", respectively at 4 minutes and 3 minutes of walk.
You will also be very well served by the various public transports to stroll around the city and discover the tourist sites of Lyon!
You will be a 9 minute walk from the Place des Terreaux; 7 minutes from the Fresque des Lyonnais; 1 minute from the Amphitheatre des Trois Gaules; 14 minutes from the Mur des Canuts; 15 minutes from the traboules of Vieux Lyon; 16 minutes by bus from the Bellecour Carnot and 18 minutes from the Presqu'île.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The hill of San Sebastián, previously located in Franc-Lyonnais, was integrated to the city of Lyon in 1512, when Louis XII decided the construction of fortifications at the top of the slopes in order to defend the city of Lyon.
Located in the center of the peninsula, the 1st arrondissement is the smallest of all the districts of Lyon. Around the “Place des Terreaux”, bars and pubs make it one of the liveliest areas of the city.
