This is a wonderful Retreat! Awesome views of the ocean! Open bedroom concept with King size bed! Very open and bright and CLEAN!! Updated condo with tile floors, remodeled bathroom, crown molding, newer furniture, comes with 2 beach chairs, patio set and 2 bikes! Wonderful balcony! Fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room. Close to Coligny's restaurants and dining as well the bikes paths. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened! This condo is a 1 minute walk to the beach! Just right

Property was as described, you could see and hear the ocean which is what we wanted. Just the right amount of space for two people. Close to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach!

Good location

The beach access from this condo is great, as well as access to shops and restaurants. The condo itself could use some updating. We were there to mostly enjoy the beach, so it worked fine for a couple of days.

Anniversary Getaway

It's a great place to stay! Good location in relation getting to the places you want to see. And the beachfront at the resort is a big plus because it's not usually overcrowded

A joy!

We loved the condo. The balcony faces East and the sunrise over the ocean is stunningly beautiful. Well appointed condo. Small but very comfortable. All you need is available. A lovely time.

Ocean view & beach location was great. The property itself is old & in need of maintenance. The couch in the living area was terribly uncomfortable. The dishwasher, tiny range & microwave also need updating. The king size bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the detailed directions & instructions.

We rented an umbrella and had to walk at least .25 of a mile to get to it. Other than that Litchfield is a nice resort.

Very nice condo on the beach

This condo was very clean and had everything 2 people needed for a week at the beach ! Can’t get any closer to the beach! We did have a significant “check in” issue with the wrong codes/internet password emailed to us through vrbo. The owner picked up my phone calls and all was corrected.

Great location

Short walk to the beach without crossing the street. Easy walk to food and shopping. The condo was perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable, super clean. We do agree with some of the comments about the couch. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely visit this condo again.

Wonderful Hilton Head Getaway

This resort is clean, well run and on a section of beach that is great! If you want a laid back, relaxing place to spend a few days on a South Carolina beach, I can honestly say, this is a great choice.

My wife and I absolutely loved the location of this condo. It was perfect for what we needed. Also the amenities were great. The owners seemed to think of everything you would need or want. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Fine for a couple on a brief visit

Overall, the unit was pleasant and had everything you need. We experienced a couple of issues. First, checking in and getting the key fob for gate entry can be challenging—even more so when it’s not there in the room where listed nor anywhere to be found after a thorough search. Owners were responsive and led us straight to another hidden one so all was well eventually. The other issue we found was the air conditioning. It is a wall unit like in many hotels which worked fine but does not effectively cool the bedroom area. With fans going, you can manage to sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, decor nicely done,, added amenities helpful.

Really nice unit though small

First the pros, the unit is updated and well maintained. The owners are quick to get back to you and give you everything you need for check in with detailed descriptions which I greatly appreciated. Unit entry door is in an enclosed area which I liked so you are not hit with the elements immediately leaving the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor out of 3 total floors. There is an elevator if needed. If you need to do laundry please not it is shared and you have to pay, $1 for washer unless you have larger load then it's $1.50, dryer is $1 per load so bring lots of quarters. Laundry center is located a few doors down from unit so that was convenient. From deck, you have partial view of the ocean which is nice. Unfortunately it lacks privacy as you can see neighboring decks which I didn't care for. Unit does come with bikes though they could use some maintenance, especially WD40 since the salty air is rusting them, such as trying to move the seat up and down is almost impossible. As far as inside unit while it is renovated nicely, I would recommend to owners to buy a new couch. It's very uncomfortable. The unit is small so be prepared! I stayed at Breakers last visit which has larger one bedroom units and laundry inside the unit but they are a little more expensive. It is hard to find king size beds in the Coligny area so I appreciated the larger bedroom. But on the flip side the kitchen is very small. The AC unit is only in the living room so the bedroom gets warm - keep fans running at high to help circulate the AC air. Overall I would say that this is a great unit for the price and like I said the owners could not have been better. We had a problem with the bike lock and they came out and put on a new lock the next day. Sea Side Villas property is down the street from Coligny Plaza so it's a bit of a walk to the shopping plaza. Benefit is that the beach is less crowded though since you are away from the public access. Sea Side Villas property is well maintained. It is a gated community so you will get a fob with property to get in and out of parking lot.

We loved our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was clean, bright and airy, and has a great view of the ocean. The owners also responded immediately when we emailed a question. Great location. We also loved the seaside-themed decor throughout. Highly recommended!

Convenient location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to tape the corners of the rugs down. Some are curled up and are a trip hazard.

This property is just a few condo's from the beach, so has an excellent view! It has been updated and remoldeled and almost all the furniture is new! This condo is so close to everything in Coligny and South Forest Beach. We also provide 2 beach cruiser bikes at no cost to you! Is in walking distance of the new Lowcountry Celebration Park!
