My studio apartment is located over a garage and is perfect for a couple or single traveler. I live a on a tree lined street and it is super quite. I am also close to lots of restaurants. It is more like a mother-in-law suite. It has everything you need stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. It is in a very safe neighborhood a long the little Arkansas River.

Girls' weekend trip

The property was great. A very quiet neighborhood and so clean. Well stocked so we could make a couple meals. And so thoughtful of the owners to give us a discount at their pizza place for dinner before the Lindsey Stirling concert. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.

The little room was excellent. Everything we needed was rightvon hand. We had a bit of an unpllaned event, and everything went great. Much better thsn staying at a hotel. Will definitely be back.

Very nice, clean, sat by fire first night with them, couple suggestions: a spatula because we brought eggs and some wine glasses. Nothing was bad about the stay just a couple suggestions!!!

All the reviews we read prior to booking were spot on. The studio apartment was clean and homey. Lindy and Justin were friendly and quick to respond. Loved their pups too! If we need a place to stay on any return visits to Wichita, we'll check here first.

My stay

The place was very clean. It was in back of the house so it was a little hard to find in the dark. It was up stairs so that would make it harder to get to for older people. The bed was very confortable and the reat of the apartment much more than i needed. Nice place

Great weekend

Was there helping my daughter move and this was a wonderful place to stay after a long day of moving. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Communication with the owners was so easy. Will definitely stay again.

Hello, my name is Lindy. I am from a small town in the middle of Kansas and moved to Wichita about 15 years ago. I love Wichita and everything it has to offer. I have worked for a data storage company for the last 7 years and Justin has been an adjuster for an insurance company for the last 15 years. We also run a property management business on the side. In our spare time you find us traveling, or spending the weekends at the lake. We have a labradoodle, Chewie and a goldendoodle, Lola that we enjoy walking and taking them to the dog park. Justin and I love meeting new people and have made some great friendships from hosting people at our guest house.

Since the garage is detached you can come and go as you please and you will have parking right next to the door. You do have to come in the back yard to get to the door. The dogs may come greet you. If you are afraid of dogs, this place may not be for you.
