Willkommen in Cape Aqua! Dieses Einfamilienhaus auf Siesta Key verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bäder und Pool. Das Hotel liegt an der nächsten privaten Straße zu Amerikas # 1 benannt. Die zwei großen Doppeltüren mit dekorativen Milchglas begrüßen Sie in diesem geräumigen Haus. Der Grundriss bietet eine sehr große offene Layout mit viel Platz für Unterhaltung. In der Rückseite Dieses Ferienobjekt Haus hat einen großen privaten abgeschirmt in solar beheizten Pool und Lanai. Kinder können draußen auf dem Gras Hinterhof spielen. Die Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, 32 "Flachbild-LED-TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und großer Badewanne ausgestattet. Es gibt ein separates Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Familienzimmer w / 55 "Flachbild-LED-TV. Die beiden zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer bieten ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten zu den beiden, die ein Badezimmer teilen. Schieben Sie die großen Glasschiebetüren in der Familie, Küche und Wohnzimmer auf, um das Haus bis zum Pool und die frische Brise vor dem Golf zu öffnen.

Month at Siesta Key

House is located perfectly on the north end of the key in a quiet neighborhood tucked away across from the public beach. Walking distance to both the beach and Siesta Village. Walkable and bike riding very easy on back streets among lovely homes. Home itself has a pool with large sliding glass doors that open to the pool in most rooms. Master suite is large and comfortable and alone on its own side of the house from the other bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if available next time we visit!

Quiet and Relaxing Location

My stay in Siesta Key at Cape Aqua was fantastic. I hope to be able to return in the future. I was there for the month of December, and I was delighted that there was a Christmas Tree stored in the garage that I could use! I don't think the pool was heated although we used it for at least two of the four weeks.

Very disappointing - it’s an older home with everything Broken and not up to standards

I do not recommend this property at all…it’s run down and the pictures don’t show the reality - so be very careful when booking

Perfect beach getaway

We had an amazing time staying in Siesta Key. The house was the perfect size for our family, with ample space to live, work, and play. The neighborhood is lovely - great for bike rides and a very easy walk to the beach. Not far from the village or shopping either. Decor is dated, but the house had everything we needed and location was great.

Great Location!

Very clean and spacious house with a fabulous swimming pool! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from the Siesta Key Beach main entrance and a mile to Siesta Key Village. Property Manager was extremely responsive. We had an air conditioning issue and the technician was at the house in less than 2 hours to make the repair.

Great Stay

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a short 2-3 block walk to Siesta Beach and 1/2 mile from village. The house has natural light coming in from all sides of house with beautiful view of screened in pool/patio area.

The house is spacious and clean, and it is located a short walking distance from Siesta Beach. The pool is very nice & kept at a comfortable temperature. We have stayed in Sarasota many times, and we would definitely be interested in staying in this property again. We had some issues with the ice maker that were addressed (not fixed per my request) by the rental company. We also lost a few screens over the pool during a tropical storm, and the rental company took care immediately. My only recommendation to the owners is to update the decorating. The house could also use more kitchen utensils and a mixer (I bought one & left it, so you have one now)...otherwise LOVELY home.

The floor plan of the home is very easy to live with and seems to be in very good condition. When we weren't at the beach we were in the pool or relaxing in the lanai. The property manager is great. We had a problem with one of the bicycles and it was replaced the next day. We plan to keep coming back.
