Derzeit gibt es eine neue Gebäudeklimaanlage, mit der Wohnungen auf Bestellung gekühlt werden. Es wird erwartet, dass es irgendwann im Februar voll funktionsfähig sein wird. Inzwischen habe ich Fensterklimaanlagen installiert, die die Wohnung kühl halten. Schön eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern direkt am Strand Isla Verde von Puerto Rico. Unser Strand ist unberührt. Diese Wohnung verfügt über 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, High-Speed Wireless Internet, zugewiesenen Parkplatz (falls gewünscht), Waschmaschine / Trockner, zentrale Luft, entspannenden Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Touristenregion Isla Verde und ist umgeben von Restaurants, Geschäften und dem fabelhaften El San Juan Hotel sowie dem Intercontinental Hotel, dem Ritz Carlton Hotel und den Embassy Suites. Wassersportarten wie Jet-Skis, Bananenboote und Parasailing usw. sind direkt an unserem Strand vor den ESJ-Türmen möglich. Kite-Boarding, mit Lehrern, sind direkt am Strand gelegen. Darüber hinaus sind wir in ca. 5 Minuten vom Internationalen Flughafen San Juan Luis Munos Marin Flughafen und nur 15 Minuten entfernt von Condado und 20 Minuten von Old San Juan

A gem in the heart of Isla Verde

The pictures online are a good representation of the condo but this place offers so much more.Bed, couch, chairs and even the patio chairs are very comfortable. All amenities are of quality and you will not need anything else. We took a trip to Walgreens across the street (open 24/7) to buy a case of water (24 pack 16oz at 4.99) and some snacks - this is a super Walgreens with a variety of food/snacks, frozen meals, drinks, beers liquor, etc and prices are reasonable (spf100 spray sun block for 12). There are 2-3 restaurants across the street from the property which are also open 24/7 for all meals or beverages. This condo has an amazing view.and easy access to the beach. There are 4 elevatorw that are readily available and quick. The building was quiet during our stay this past 5 days. If you want a place to chill, relax, and soak in some fun/sun, this is the place.

I've stayed in several units at this property over the last 10 yrs. The location is great and just works for me. This particular unit was clean and decorated nicely. It's just not as updated as other units in the complex. I did have 3 issues with my stay: 1.Smaller than other one bedrooms I've stayed in at the same complex.2. The king bed advertised was actually 2 twins put together with king bedding holding them together. Left a crack down the middle of the bed to seep into.3. There is a note in the condo of an additional 150 charge if you don't do certain things upon departure. That should all be disclosed up front and not after I've already checked in. Other than that the stay was enjoyable and they also did accommodate a noon check in for me as we flew all night from California. So that was nice and appreciated.

Nora's Beachfront Condo

Everything was exactly the same as the pictures on the web. Condo was clean and the view was fantastic. We had a little difficulty finding the condo but Nora answered me right away and helped us figure out the driving. If we ever go back to San Juan we will be staying in Nora's condo. Charlene

The condo was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend getaway. The host is very responsive and communicates promptly. The condo is as beautiful in person as the pictures. It was very clean and well supplied. Great place! We will be back.

Beautiful oceanside apartment

Wow, what a view! The apartment is on the 15th floor and there are 4 elevators. It was an easy check-in process. The unit is tastefully decorated and the bed and furniture very comfortable. There are 4 padded chairs and a table on the balcony overlooking the beach; we spent a lot of time there! There is easy access to the beach. We never used the pool but it looked nice. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes are in the closet; not the cabinets). Plenty of towels are provided, including 4 beach towels. The A/C unit and control are in the bathroom closet. We found that closing the bathroom door at night quieted the on/off noise of the A/C. The unit has wi-fi with easy instructions. The building itself is a quick ride from the airport and is on a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. We used the Walgreens across the street for food & wine purchases. It's an easy walk to the Royal Sonesta (great beach bar and food) and the San Juan Hotel (great live music and cocktails). We used Uber to get to Old San Juan, La Placita, Bacardi, and a sunset cruise. Communication with Nora was easy. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo

The only complaint I have is the parking situation. If you need a car during your stay, then this place cab be inconvenient. It says "parking on site" but in the description it says no parking. There is a lot across the street behind the walgreens but it fills up during the day if you are not in there. There is a CVS parking garage a couple blocks away but it is not cheap. It ended up being ok but having a car is a can be a challenge. If you don't need a car then this place is perfect. Literally 5m from the airport, balcony facing the ocean, full view of the beach, and a 5m walk out of the building and into the ocean (shorter but have to take the elevator). It is a perfect spot. Clean condo, everything you need for cooking, staying, etc. I would absolutely rent this place again, even if I needed a car. Nora is responsive and a great host.

Enjoyed our stay here

The unit is as advertised. Not super fancy, but clean, and spacious for our family of four. Great location! Awesome ocean view of the Isla Verde beach from the lanai. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved Isla Verde beach. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico, and we loved Puerto Rico! Lots to do and see, and friendly local people.

Wonderful Condo on Isla Verde Beach

Our stay was great at this condo. We have had extended stays at 3 other places on the beach in the last few years and this was our favorite. The location is perfect and the unit was clean and nice in every way. It had every convenience, a beautiful view with a balcony we almost lived on, and the furnishing, including the linens were beautiful. Nora was very responsive any time I reached out to her. I would not only stay here again, but I would also recommend it to my friends and family.

Beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this 15th floor ocean front condo. The apartment was very clean and supplied with the basics. We strolled on the beach, swam in the pool and walked to nearby restaurants and stores. Two of our favorite activities during our stay were the Old San Juan Food and Culture tour and a visit to El Yunque National Forest. The Puerto Rican people we met were very friendly and gracious.

Great location ,views

The views from the balcony are great - the beach is very nice in front of the condo - the condo itself was very clean - has everything we needed - its an older building and the whole area is still recovering a bit from the hurricane - but nothing that distracts from the stay - there is a rooftop bar 2 buildings down that is a great place for a drink - there is a Walgreen's just across the street - Ubers are numerous and quick in front of building - about $6 to old San Juan - easy to get out of town to el Yunque ( there is an Enterprise rent a car 4 blocks down) you have to take a taxi from airport to condo - about a mile - $15 but you can take an Uber back to airport -$4

I previously owned 6 apartments in condominium Marbella del Caribe for over 33 years, but sold 5 of them and "retired." I am now back into the renting. I have enjoyed a reputation for the best apartments and many of my previous renters have begged me to start up again because they liked my apartments so much and cannot find anything comparable. I travel to Puerto Rico several times a year so that I can make sure everything is in excellent condition and is fully equipped.

I've been going to Puerto Rico since 1968. I've stayed in many condos and hotels along the Isla Verde and Condado Tourist areas. I find Condominium Marbella del Caribe to be the best, by far. In fact, I've owned an apartment in another condo/hotel, but sold it because the Marbella del Caribe condominium has the best beachfront, the complex is kept in great condition, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
