Mountainside Stylish Townhouse, Summer Getaway, Family Fun! .

Comfortable 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom attached townhouse, my entire house is NEWLY updated and all for your use.

Located in the Heart of the Poconos. The best Location right on a Mountain Side for Skiing, Waterparks, Shopping, Hiking , Dinning and a Ton of other activities with in a walking or short drive distance. Community amenities included in your stay are indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and indoor and out door tennis courts.
Located just a 5 minute walk to CamelBeach Outdoor Waterpark (summer) and Camelback Ski admissions (winter), 3 minute walk to the community pool and 5 minute walk to slopes for ski on/off.

My home has been mostly renovated and has a lot of upgrades. Made for a cozy stay with an Industrial / rustic attitude for a fun, interesting stay.

We have NEW A/C and Heating system in every room.
All NEW beds and matrasses, furniture and much more

-TV: Active accounts for Netflix and Amazon prime. PS4.

-Bluetooth speakers in the showers
-Fully stocked kitchen.
-Pool towel, bath towels and linens are provided.
-Wood burning fire place.
-Outdoor gas grill with propane gas tank provided (if empty, refills are renters’ responsibility)
-Starter basic supplies are provided (for kitchen, bath, laundry and toilet). After these are gone, you will need to purchase your own along with any other paper products or toiletries you may need for your stay.

Quick getaway

Nice and convenient! Comfy couch and fully stocked kitchen. Beds were surprisingly comfortable - at first touch, they felt extra firm yet made for a comfortable sleep. Wood stove was enjoyable - just beware if it’s a really windy evening; the air flow is a little iffy but I blame the weather!

Lovely house & great host

I Would give this house & vacation experience a 10 out of 10 if I could the house was very clean, updated , spacious. It’s adult and kid friendly. The host Mike was terrific very forth coming with everything !!!

Vacation with Kids in Spring

We vacationed at this property in Spring 2022. Overall it was a good experience. The apartment was very clean and orderly. Had a nice fireplace and deck for bbqing. Cozy setup. Michael was extremely responsive and a good host. We had an issue with one of the sinks that he helped us with right away. Also those wishing to bring young kids should be aware that the main living room has two sets of stairs (one up and one down) that don't have any doors or gates. So it was a bit exhausting having to constantly chase after our 1 year old who wanted to climb up and down. Not the fault of the property owner, but just to be aware for families with young kids. The beds were a little uncomfortable -- mattresses felt a bit old. Also there isn't much noise insulation between floors, and the bedrooms are on the bottom floor. So people walking in the living room and kitchen can be clearly heard. Not a big deal usually, but tough with small kids that are light sleepers. Spring is a weird time to visit Camelback area. It snowed the day we arrived and then was like 50-60 degrees afterwards. But couldn't make use of the deck space since it was covered with snow/ice. The outdoor tennis courts were closed. The pool was only open from 12-430pm which was ashame -- it would have been nicer if the pool was open for longer hours. Overall a nice place for guests. I think would be much better during snow season for skiing. Also people with young young kids may want to bring their own gates.

Everything was great. Michael is a wonderful and responsive host and made sure we were all set for our stay. Amenities (pool, gym, tennis courts) were super clean and updated. Very happy to have stayed at this property.

Fun poconos getawat

We had a nice extended 10 day stay at this property. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We also enjoyed the large TVs located throughout the unit. We also enjoyed the proximity to the state park and water park. We spent a lot of time at the sports park next to the brewery restaurant located down the road.

Perfectly Peaceful Poconos

This location was everything, it was quiet, clean, secure and still very close to grocery stores, the mall and activities. We visited an amazing winery then pretty much just stayed in after that. We had everything needed to cook ourselves meals. The kitchen was stocked with large size communal items such as coffee, sugar, salt ect ( I suggest yo bring your own if you don’t want to use opened items). The bathrooms was also stock with large size communal items such as soap and lotion. The rooms where clean and well organized. I would definitely stay again.

Look no further this home is the BEST!

From start to finish everything was amazing and most certainly worth it! Mike is truly the most hospitable host he is definitely a premier host for sure!!!! The pictures are very accurate of the home, truly what you see is what you get! When we go back I will be staying here for sure! Any house that Mike has I would always choose to stay at his home !!! Wonderful home

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Everything was lovely, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, cozy sofa, big screen TV. So nice to relax on the sofa with a cup of tea and a warm fire after our day on the slopes. We will definitely look to be booking this one again and again. Thank you Michael for your hospitality

Great Place

We had a lot of fun here and wish we would have stayed longer. Cute place with nice accommodations. Bedrooms were great and had extra room in the loft we never even used. Mike was quick with responses whenever I needed so thank you! I’ve been spoiled with previous ski in and outs which led me right up to the door, so I’m a little harsh woth the 4 star for location. Very very good location, and the community is ski in ski out, but you do have to walk through a couple parking lots to get to the mountain. Full disclosure it is still less walking then if you park at the mountain so it is still pretty awesome. Thanks again for the stay, would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Michael's condo. The place was exactly as pictured. The layout was great and could comfortably fit the eight people as listed, while still providing adequate privacy. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The walk to the slopes was only five minutes, making it very easy to ski multiple times per day. Michael was very accessible and was a pleasure to work with.
