When it's time for a little friendly competition, this home also includes a game room with an air hockey table and a dart board. And outside, relax on the furnished balcony and admire the view, or slip into your soothing hot tub.

If you're visiting in winter, this home is within walking distance of the Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Area, while those looking to do some downhill skiing will want to check out Soda Springs, Boreal, Sugar Bowl, or Donner Ski Ranch. Or just strap on your snowshoes and take a walk around Serene Lakes. In the summer, hiking trails abound in the neighborhood and the lakes and beach at Serene Lakes are a hub of fun activities. You are less than 10 miles from Donner Lake and 28 miles from Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
