Vista Ridge is a Peak 7 rental that features seclusion and views, while still being just about 10 minutes from town and ski access! Vista Ridge provides walkable access to the peaks trail, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing, something for every season! Enjoy the Breckenridge Nordic Trails that weave through the area, featuring Snow Wonder (snowshoeing) and Otter Slide (cross country skiing). The single-family home itself features beautiful furnishings and finishes, a spacious back deck with three-person hot tub and grill.

--- 1st Floor ---
Garage: As you pull into the driveway, you'll access the home through the heated garage, which has covered parking for two vehicles. There are ski and snowboard racks, and room for all of your equipment.
Laundry: When you walk through the garage, you'll notice a closet to the left which has eco-friendly laundry machines!
Kitchen: Continue past the laundry room and you'll be greeted by the kitchen, dining room, and living room with vaulted ceilings and all new finishes. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a four-eye gas stovetop, dual ovens, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and much more! Stocked with all the essential cooking equipment and a breakfast bar that seats four, your group will have everything you need for putting together home cooked meals after a long day out adventuring!
Dining Room: The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, features a live edge table that seats six comfortably. The perfect gathering space to enjoy all your meals!
Living Room: The living room is across from the dining room and kitchen and makes for a cozy atmosphere to cuddle up around the remote-controlled fireplace or enjoy a movie on the large smart-TV (with Roku) mounted to the wall.
Back Deck / Backyard: Just off the dining room you'll enter out the back door to the deck, which includes a 3-person hot tub, natural gas grill, and patio furniture that looks over the backyard. The backyard also has a very photogenic chairlift swing that's perfect for capturing group photos!
Master Bedroom / Bathroom: Just off the dining room, you'll find the master suite with a king-size bed that also features a full-size dresser, mounted smart-TV with Roku walk-in closet, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bath has two sinks, with their own vanities and a step-in shower with dual shower heads.
Home Office: Head back through the living room towards the front door and stairs to see the office. With a premium desk and rolling chair, the office provides a private place for any work or personal time needed.
Powder Room: Adjacent from the office, you'll find the stairs and the powder room which serves the first floor.

Second Bedroom / Bathroom: Head upstairs to find the second bedroom on the right. The second bedroom features another king-size bed, with a walk-in closet, full-size dresser and large smart-TV (with Roku). The second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom, which features dual sinks, tub and shower combo, and separate toilet with private door. The second bathroom is shared with the third bedroom as well.
Third Bedroom: At the top of the stairs you'll turn left to find the third and final bedroom, which currently features a twin XL on top of queen bunk bed and a separate twin, along with a walk-in closet of its own, full-size dresser, and another large flatscreen TV (with Roku).

This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 6 months. Please call or email us with any questions about availability.

There are outside cameras for security and monitoring snow levels in both the front and rear of the property as well as a camera doorbell. Smart TV Roku remotes have mics for voice commanding when a button is pressed.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was one of the best stocked houses we’ve ever stayed. The beds were all very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. It was also very accommodating to being in snow with the dry racks in the garage. The hot tub was a dream! And it was so great for the kids to have a nice area out back to go play in the snow. We literally felt like we were staying in someone’s personal well cared for house rather than a rental.There were so many wonderful custom touches that made it feel very homey. We would definitely stay here again. The property management company is very responsive to questions…we did have a little snafu with them regarding checkout but was happy they made things right and righted the misunderstanding. This house was also such a great location for the slopes and town! We made some great memories!

Great house for a family ski trip

The house was perfect for us. We were traveling with three young kids and ski gear. The garage was awesome for drying out gear at the end of the day. The bedroom layout was perfect for our family and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice mountain house

Worked great for us. Living room is a bit small but nice big bedrooms make up for it. Well organized, great neighborhood. Keep in mind that it is a short drive to ski but worked out great for us as we had a driver and the location allows you to avoid the traffic for a peak 7 or 8 drop off.

Beautiful mountain home

One of the nicest properties we have rented. Beautifully decorated, very modern appliances and furnishings and immaculately clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals and the natural gas grill was very handy as well. We are a family of 6…my husband and myself, our married daughter, son in law and 8 month old grandson, and our youngest daughter who is 23. There was ample room for all of us and many activities in the area including a private hot tub on the deck. We were very lucky to see three moose in the backyard one morning after breakfast! Absolutely thrilled with our stay and we would definitely return if in the area again!

Great little stay

Brought my husband and stepson out for some spring skiing - vista ridge was the perfect getaway. We got the full taste of Colorado weather from 50s and sunny to full blown snowstorm. Would definitely need 4wheel drive to get up to house in winter. The place was clean, looked just like pictures. You felt secluded yet still close enough to pop into town (either Frisco or Breck) when ever needed. Great little stay!

Beautiful mountain home

Home was extremely clean, and you could tell the owners went the extra mile to provide all the comforts of home. It was a bit of a drive into town (10-15) but totally worth it to be surrounded by the pine trees in the mountains. The management company was easy to communicate with as well. Loved the hot tub. Comfy beds. I could go on and on!

Spring Break

Our stay was amazing! The accommodations were true to the photos and everything was nice and clean. The house was about a 12-minute drive to the gondola/shops, it was super convenient. Labeled directions are found all over the house so everything was easy to operate. At one point, the Roku on one of the TVs wasn’t working so I notified Alpine Edge via email. Within an hour or so, a worker came to the property to help us fix the issue, they responded so quickly! I was truly impressed with our stay and experience overall, I would definitely stay here again and also recommend this property to other guests. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Location

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The location was wonderful. We felt like we were in a forest and very far from neighboring houses. It snowed heavily while we were there and the city snowplows quickly plowed the streets and the rental agency sent a bobcat that cleared the driveway. They also sent a crew that cleared the front porch and back patio. Since we had so much snow, we realized what an advantage to have a house that was level with the street. Many of the houses were very much higher or lower and their driveways were very steep. We saw many people having to get someone to get their cars out of the driveway. The only thing I would suggest is a mirror in the upstairs bunk room. It would free up the upstairs bathroom that was being shared by two bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home.

Fantastic property!

My family stayed for a week at this property, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was very clean and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked (bonus for mini-junk drawer with scissors and a notepad!). This was our first time to Breck and we weren’t really sure where to stay, but the location allowed us to have a quiet getaway, yet still be a quick drive into town. We even saw a moose on our first day! The grill worked well, the hot tub was hot and the tvs with Roku were all really convenient. The only minor issue we had was with connecting to the guest internet, but the property manager was very responsive. Tip for future vacationers: there is a fantastic trail just down the street that I only wished we had discovered earlier during our stay. We would happily stay at this property again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We just spent a week in this lovely home with our 3 kids (ages 13, 14 and 16). It included all of the amenities and an awesome hot tub to relax in with amazing views of the mountains and stars. We hope to return again soon.
