Upstairs, a large living room equipped with sliding windows includes an open kitchen with a wine cellar, a dining table for 10 people and a lounge area with TV. A large wooden terrace overlooking the ocean on one side and the garden on the other side surrounds this room.
In the basement, you will find a games room and a spa bath.
You will enjoy the garden, the terrace and the heated pool during the day and the summer kitchen with barbecue for your outdoor meals.
