Loft 6A

The location of this loft is incredible! Easy walk to Giant steps for skiing or tubing and views of the mountain are great! Parking is a challenge without use of the garage but it worked out fine. The property is furnished well with plenty of comfortable places to sit and put your feet up after a long day. There was also plenty of games and movies to keep us occupied during the evening hrs. Overall my family and I were very satisfied with our stay at Loft 6A!

Nice place

I’m giving this a four because there are no window coverings in the bedrooms and there are snow plows all night up and down the mountain that feel like they are right in your room with very bright lights. These units are perfect location and layout but need an investment in window coverings.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed two nights here in order to ski for two days at Brian Head. The place was great, and had just what we needed. Lots of sitting areas and a couple different places for kids to go off and be noisy on their own.My kids were excited to try some games on the "really old PlayStation and Xbox", but there were no power cords for either one, so that was a bummer.The dryer in this unit spun, but didn't heat. Pretty necessary for snow play to be able to get things dry afterwards. There was a rolling rack to hang clothes near the fireplace, which did work well.We've stayed in other units at this complex where we had use of the garage, which would have been nice, but this unit the garage is not for tenant use. This makes parking difficult, as the place accommodates a lot of people, only having 1 parking spot and no garage space makes it difficult. There is a map in the kitchen of other places in town to park, but this pretty inconvenient.Overall, we love staying at The Lofts as its right in the middle of town and right across the street from Giant Steps.

This is a great property that is walking distance to the lifts. I did read a review where the author stated that the snow cats headlights at night were troublesome in the master bedroom loft. She was right and I couldn’t believe it … but the headlights really do hit that room. Easy future fix with a trifold room divider or two. Would definitely stay here again.

Warning - Listing said garage included but its not and there is VERY limited visitor parking

The listing said it included a garage. We have stayed in another unit on this property before and knew there was VERY limited parking. Therefore, we were only willing to look at units that included a garage. However, when we showed up on a snowy night with no visitor parking spaces still open and called to ask how to access the garage, we were told it was not included. Despite sharing screen shots of the listing with garage listed under the amenities and screen shots with reviews talking about using the garage, we were informed that there was no garage included. Furthermore, there were no other options to be moved to in town. The closest parking lot that allowed overnight parking was about 1/3 mile away. This lack of parking kind of ruined the weekend. By the way, working with Vacasa was painful as well between long waits on the phone or long waits for a response via text. We are still waiting for some responses a week later. We will not be staying at this unit nor with a Vacasa managed property again.

Majestic Scenery of Giant Steps

Our family (husband, wife, 2 teens and 1 toddler) has visited Brian Head many times for vacations. This place was our collective favorite, by far! The bunk beds were perfect for all 3 kids while we had our private bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There is a great separate game room. The majestic floor to ceiling, two story windows give an amazing view of the slopes of Giant Steps. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We did have some neighbors who were a little noisy late at night, but it didn't bother us too much and that certainly isn't the fault of the property. If you have the chains or 4-wheel drive to endure possible bad weather and icy streets, this will be a perfect family get away!

4th of July stay

We stayed here for our 2nd 4th of July family trip. The loft was very spacious. It was also very clean. The loft is right in the middle of the town so it's perfect for a quick walk to Pizanos Pizza, The coffee sop and the general store.

Modern, clean, bright and right across street from lifts.

Beautiful, clean, and bright condo right across the street from the lifts. Nice view of mountains. Snow removal was excellent. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances like coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, pots and pans. We brought all our food to maximize our time on the slopes. Thank you for the access to the garage parking, it was nice to keep our ski and snowboards in and we did not have to clear snow off our truck in the morning. Wifi worked out great. Thank you too for the access to laundry room, it allowed us to travel lighter.

Spectacular views

This condo is spacious with spectacular views of the slopes just across the street. It’s very clean and the owner even provided a brand new crock pot (when I had inquired if the unit had one before we arrived). So I was able to make spaghetti and chili dinners ahead and enjoy every minute on the slopes!
