Welcome to the Peachwood Guest House! Relax and unwind at this lovely home situated in a clean, quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

This single family home features two covered front porches and a cozy fenced side patio to enjoy the picturesque neighborhood setting.

Perfect central Bentonville location

This clean, quiet, and centrally located house was perfect for the four of us to explore northwest Arkansas for eight days. It was easy to cook simple meals and play cards at night. Communication with the host was quick and seamless. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay!

This was the cutest rental! Located in the friendliest neighborhood, this rental provided the best stay for my SIL’s bachelorette trip. The house was spotless, decorated so perfect, and even had live plants! We travel to NWA several times a year, and will definitely save this property for next trip!

We came to Bentonville to ride the Mountain Bike trails. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The host was very communicative and helpful at every turn. This is a must stay for a VRBO

Clean and lots of natural light

We really loved staying here! There are lots of windows in the house, plenty of parking, home is very clean. The hosts left a nice book of instructions and things to do in the area. Check in and check out was very easy. Everything was just right! We plan to stay again!

We came up for the weekend for the Razorback game, and the house was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for the four of us that were staying. It was clean, in a good location, and the shared balcony upstairs was the cherry on top.

Great home and neighborhood!

This property exceeded our expectations on every level! The furnishings were top notch and the whole residence was extremely clean. The use of the garage was an unexpected bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Lovely house for friends

We thoroughly enjoyed staying on Peachwood. Very nicely appointed in all areas. Loved the access to outside, upper and lower front porches and small patio. Linens and dishware plentiful and cute. Mattresses comfortable and wifi strong.

Stellar VRBO home

This place is beautiful! We had a double stay with a side trip in between and both times this house was perfection (and WAY nicer than our other rental)! The owner is so easy to work with and very responsive. Whomever does the cleaning between guests deserves a shout out as well. The place was immaculate both times! I asked my teens for their input on this review and they commented on how comfortable the beds were and also how nice the linens (sheets and towels) were. Should we ever need a place to stay in this area again this will be our first stop!

Sisters Bentonville Weekend

Very nice place, clean, comfortable and spacious; seems like a newer build which was also nice. Had everything one would need - kitchen stuff, bath stuff, laundry, TVs in every bedroom & of course living room; was also nice having a garage. Quiet neighborhood too which we enjoyed. Just a few minutes drive to downtown historic Bentonville and the Square.

Beautiful home, clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook and meal prep, comfortable beds, loved the bedroom balconies, tvs in every room was a bonus, really nice neighborhood that was easy to find. Great find in Bentonville!

Great property! Close to everything in the area. This house was perfect for our family. The teens got the upstairs and mom/dad got the downstairs. Cute little community. Quite. The host was great at communicating and helping out! Would stay there again. Plus…there’s a garage!!!
