Moving up to the second floor, there are four bedrooms: two with king-sized beds and a private bath, one with two twin beds and a shared hall bath, and another hosting built-in bunk beds (equipped with four twin beds) and a private full bath. Adjacent to the second floor is a generous open sundeck furnished with chaise loungers and Adirondack seating, providing an inviting space for socializing. Ascending to the third floor, an enclosed tower room connected by a spiral staircase leads to the fourth floor, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and Seaside's iconic rooftops.
