"Destin Nation By You!" Miramar Beach Gulf Views Pool Deeded Beach Access

"Destin Nation By You" is a charming beach townhome sure to become your favorite vacation spot! When it comes to summertime fun or winter getaways, it's all about location. This home boasts lovely views of the Gulf from our balcony or windows, quick beach access, and close proximity to all the best shopping and eateries in town, and of course a charming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the home itself.

The beach is only 645 feet from our home, directly across the street.

This property itself is aptly designed for the comfort and care of our guests. Enjoy the wide open spaces of the floor plan, lovely features such as our driftwood floors and granite counters. We feature large TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. You will find plenty of seating on our large sofa so that everyone can gather and watch the game together. The chef in your family will find our well stocked kitchen to be a boon. We have all the silverware, dishware and cookware you may want. Creating a gourmet meal at home will be a breeze. There is ample seating at the large dinner table with additional seats at the bar.

The Master suite features a lovely king size bed and a private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed respectively, and lots of space for storage. We also have stacked washer and dryer and complimentary wifi to make your stay even better!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
