The space
This spacious studio suite measures approximately 419 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed and one queen sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include a kitchenette and dining area, washer/dryer and a balcony or patio. Maximum occupancy is four.

If you want to check-in early please go to the resort anytime before 4:00pm and register with the front desk and they can set you up.

Late check-outs may be honored.

• Since the Legacy Golf Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, you may politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. However, they do offer rewards for attending, but remember, it is a sales pitch!

• Guests shall use and maintain the resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other owners or guests. The guest affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or resort property during the rental period..
• The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
