Dragonfly, a lovely beachside cottage, offers a prime, enchanting, location, amazing gulf views, and more! Located just one house back from the beach with balconies and great outdoor spaces, one block to the Seaside Amphitheater and air stream row, and only 10 steps to the East Pavilion beach access this cottage has it all!

Walk up the stairs and enter the glass-surrounded great room with the turquoise seas calling. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves against the beach. Watch the famous gulf sunsets from the sofa, or walk the 10 steps to the beach entrance. Look out at night at the lights on the famed East Ruskin Pavilion right outside the windows. Stroll to Bud and Alley’s for dinner, a drink, or perhaps an ice cream at Heavenly Shortcakes. After sunning on the beach, riding bikes, or being our guest at the private Seaside Swim and Tennis Club, curl up in one of the (2) king primary suites. Both feature king-size beds with plush linens to indulge.

The second-floor king primary bedroom has a private bath with double vanity and marble shower along with great ocean views and a gulf-side balcony along with a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge. The other king primary is for the late sleeper and is located on the first floor with a full bath and a double vanity, marble shower, morning kitchen, and screen porch access. The third oversized suite has two sets of double bunk beds to comfortably sleep four with plenty of play space, a 32' TV, play table and chairs, and a private bath. The home has been furnished locally for that great Seaside feel.

The open-concept kitchen includes stainless appliances and a GE stainless steel dual-fuel range. Vetrazzo (recycled sea glass) countertops and dark stained wood floors round out the fresh, clean look. Under counter 2-drawer refrigerator with mini freezer. This kitchen does not have a full-size refrigerator.

DirectTV HD is located throughout the house. There’s a large 46' LCD TV and DVD in the living room, along with 32' LCD TV’s in each of the three bedrooms. WIFI access is available throughout the cottage. 2 private off-street parking spaces are provided.

This is the real deal for gulf viewing. You don’t have to hang over the balcony and stand on one leg to see the ocean. It’s right in plain sight and in full view from many vantage points. This was one of the original Anniversary Cottages (Completely re-done) at Seaside and overlooks the quaint Honeymoon Cottages that are in our front yard. Dragonfly is the cottage you dream of. *Saturday-Saturday rentals for Summer & Spring Break. (Spring Break 2023 is 5 night minimum) . Five night minimum in Spring; 3 night minimum for Fall, 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
