BRAND NEW POOL!! IRB Beach Home - Short Walk To Beach

Welcome to "Palm Tree Paradise" our beautiful beach house just a short walk from the white powdery sands of Indian Rocks Beach.

Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch drinking your morning coffee, or lounge out by the pool or in our large yard enjoying the Florida sunshine. Our home offers 3 well sized bedrooms, the master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds, these share an all NEW REMODELED hall bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms have their own Smart TV's.

Our home is perfectly laid out for guests. There are two sofas in the living room. One of these is a full sized sleeper if needed. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with two on the sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans if you wish to cook, or you can eat in one of the plethora of wonderful restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. We also have a propane grill on the back porch with a great outdoor dining area for you to use as well. There's no doubt that you will enjoy every moment of your stay with us.

We also offer everything you'll need for the beach. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a cart! There's also a fantastic public playground and tennis courts just down the street!

- Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
- Please note that pets are not allowed at this property, no exceptions are made.
- Pool heat is be optional extra for colder months.

Great IRB rental!

Layout of house and location is awesome. The pool area is perfect and was our favorite spot. About a 10 minute walk to the 28th street beach access.

The house is small but absolutely gorgeous. Most importantly, it is very clean and organized. The pool is very well maintained. We enjoyed the house and Indian Rocks Beach very much.

Nice place

The property was generally nice, though upon arriving the house had an overpowering odor of seafood. Air freshener helped though the smell persisted throughout our stay. Each bathroom, specifically the shower in each bathroom, is extremely small. Anyone over 5'-6" will struggle to take a shower.

Wonderful getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood was nice and well kept. The walk to the beach is 10-15 min but enjoyable, the trolley stop and a few shops/restaurants are nearby as well. We took the trolley into Clearwater. The pool area was fantastic, along with the covered patio and grilling area. The house layout was great , with comfortable sleeping arrangements. We appreciated all the extra and thoughtful touches throughout. Plenty of dishes, kitchen tools and amenities to use. Having having all the beach gear was awesome too. There is also a pack n play provided if you have a little one. The hosts were very pleasant and communication was great. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Beautiful spot. *One thing I would note is the step from the patio to the pool deck is easy to miss and we had a few trips and near falls .. so just watch your step :)

We had a get experience at this property. Was easy to access the keys from the lock box. It's a great location and very nice neighborhood. I would say it's more than a 10 walk to the beach if your using the cart to carry all the chairs and and beach stuff. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom in the master is small. If you are taller than 6'2" you probably won't fit in the shower. Better luck in the other shower. The place is very clean and has a nice beach vibe. Can't wait until the addition of the pool.

Our family loved our stay at this property! It was very close to the beach! It had everything we needed for our days at the beach. We flew in from out of state so we didn't have beach gear with us. We loved the privacy at the beach near this property! Hope to stay here again!

Perfect location for beach access

We were two families with children from 4-11. We spent five nights at the property and had a great time. The house was in a walking distance from the beach which was quiet and beautiful. It was so close to everywhere yet tucked away from all the noise and crowds. The house was clean with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Owner/manager was very prompt to our questions. Highly recommend!
