Come enjoy this new rental located just minutes to shopping, dining, drinking and activities. This 3 BD, 2 BA home has everything you need. Easy access during winter and Air Conditioning for the summer and a fenced yard for the pups!

When you walk inside, you'll be amazed at the spacious living, dining and kitchen areas with tall ceilings, large TV and wood fireplace. The extra large kitchen island is perfect for friends to gather and eat meals after a long day of fun. This kitchen has everything you need to make any meal. The back yard has a nice covered deck with table and chairs and gas grill. And best yet, a fully fenced in yard for your dogs!

The master bedroom is large, has a king bed and large, very new, bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV and plenty of closet space. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and perfect for the kids. Bed #2 and #3 share a full bathroom.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

You also have full access to the 2 car garage.

This home is pet friendly. We charge $75 per dog plus an additional refundable $100 deposit per dog.

There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door. There is a ring camera facing the back fence in the backyard on the north side of the back door

Great Stay

We stayed here for our Spring Break Wolf Creek Ski vacation . House was perfect for my family. Kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook all of our meals. Very clean, great communication. We will be back!

Welcoming home. We loved the Christmas decorations. Exactly as described in the listing. The owner provided everything we could ask for. Easy key less entry, ring doorbell. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

I have to say we use Vrbo all over the country and this was by far the best equipped house we have ever stayed at. Beautiful home with everything you can think of. I think the only issue is the thistle stickers all over the back yard and it being a pet friendly home made that difficult on the pets, had to remove stickers a bunch. Otherwise amazing home

A Pagosa Gem

This is my second visit to Pagosa and I really enjoyed this house and location. It was walkable to several restaurants and lakes and very well stocked with regard to kitchen supplies. The back porch was a nice space to eat breakfast and dinner and the layout of the house was great with a very large master bathroom. The only thing I would suggest is that the pictures be updated because the house/yard is actually better than what is shown.

Unforgettable snowboard getaway

We traveled on a long car trip to CO in the hopes of giving our 3 year old a positive first experience snowboarding in the beautiful CO Rockies. Everything about the home was perfect. Well supplied with all your needs and more, easy location to access Wolf Creek ski resort, and comfort/luxury for rest and relaxation after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. We cannot wait to return. Fenced in yard was a huge plus for our pets!

Fantastic Property!!

We picked this place because there was a fenced yard for our dogs, which was definitely very nice, but we were BLOWN AWAY by the attention to detail in this immaculately clean and ideal vacation property. Our family of 5 had plenty of space between the three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom, bath, and closet were amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was beyond fully stocked with ALL of the conveniences of home and more! The hosts communicated well before and during our stay. We will look into bookkeeping this property every time we travel to Pagosa Springs!

Exceeded Expectations!

This property was even better in person than in the photos! It was cleaner than any other vacation home we have ever rented and we were shocked at how well-stocked it was. We spent Thanksgiving there and I cooked an entire meal and felt like I was in my own kitchen...I never needed a thing. They even tastefully decorated the entire house (and I mean the ENTIRE house) for the holidays. The furniture is high-end and very comfortable and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is minutes from shopping and dining and it was so quiet and peaceful. When we return to Pagosa we will not stay anywhere else!

Clean, well appointed house

Great house, very clean, had everything you need. (Expect Kleenex). The check in was easy, (completed of text), house was comfortable and has AC, (Colorado still gets warm in the summer, 90). I was able to put our Jeep in the garage at night. House is ons a not to busy Main Street, still quite at evening/night.

Family Vacation

Everything was amazing except the front and back fenced yard was not mowed. There was weeds over 4 foot tall. This caused allergy issues with my dogs and us. It took 2 days to get mowed after several texts with VIP person. House is amazing and stocked. Nice location. VIP had my groceries there and ready. If yard had been addressed it would have been perfect trip. Pagosa is beautiful
