Picture yourself arriving with your group, ready for adventure. With three master bedrooms, each featuring a plush king bed and a flat-screen TV, everyone can unwind in their own cozy space after a day of exploring. And for the kids or extra guests, the loft area provides a fun and comfortable spot with twin beds for four, giving the grown-ups a bit of peace and quiet.

The magic continues outside on the balcony, where you can soak in the private hot tub with room for four, no matter the season. It's the perfect spot to relax, sip a drink, and take in the breathtaking views that surround you. And when the summer sun is shining, the condo’s three portable A/Cs ensure you stay cool and comfortable.

Convenience is at the heart of Payday Piste. Located just across the street from the Silver Star Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, you're moments away from hitting the slopes. And for those who prefer the green to the white, the condo is right on Park City Golf Course. When it’s time to explore the town, Historic Main Street with its charming shops and world-class dining is just a short, free shuttle ride away, making it easy to enjoy everything Park City has to offer.

Whether you’re here for skiing, golfing, or simply relaxing, Payday Piste is the perfect base for your Park City adventure—a place where style, comfort, and convenience come together to create the ultimate vacation experience.

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Perfect Location - on Park City Golf Course and across the street from The Silver Star Lift (please note that we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation.)
• Easy access to the FREE Park City transit system - right across the street (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060)

• Free parking for 2 vehicles in the community parking lot with provided parking permits

Main Floor (to access the condo, you will need to go up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)

• Secluded king master with en-suite bathroom and smart TV (no cable access).
• Open concept great room is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of space for all your guests.
• Well-appointed and stylishly designed kitchen featuring stainless appliances and open shelving.
• Comfortable bar seating for 2.
• Convenient wet bar with space for the remote worker.
• Substantial dining table offers seating for 8.
• Relax in the living area next to a glowing fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15).
• Private 4-person hot tub on the balcony off the living area.
• 1/2 bath in the main floor great room area for convenience.

Second Floor (2 more small flights of stairs with a landing between)
• Spacious and inviting king master suite with smart TV (no cable access), and en-suite bathroom.
• Another beautifully appointed king guest room includes a smart TV (no cable access).
• 4th (full) bathroom boasts sophisticated styling with a shower/tub combo and is shared by the king guest room and the loft bedroom upstairs.
• Full-size stackable front load laundry appliances are conveniently tucked away in the utility closet.

Third floor/Loft (another 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)

• 3 charming twin beds nested into custom-built cubbies and one on a frame are perfect for the little ones in the group.

What a great place!. We stayed as a group of eight women and there was plenty of room for everyone. Although the Silverstar lift wasn’t open it was only a short walk to the main lifts. The free bus was also very convenient to get around town and the bus stop was right out front of the condo. The hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. Would love to come back." - Danielle

Loved this space. It comfortably fit 9 people. The decorations were so tasteful and fitting. It was very close to the resort. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the hot tub was a blast!!!" -Jacqueline

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
