Downstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. Bedroom number two has a queen bed and a day bed with a pull-out trundle day. Bedroom three has a king bed and 2 bunk beds. Bedroom four has a queen-sized bed and bedroom number five has a queen sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed.
