Visiting Swansea for pleasure, leisure or to work? If there's a group of up to 10 of you, this 4 bed house just 10 minutes' walk from the city centre is your ideal home-from-home. There's private parking right outside for 3 cars. Inside you'll find an open plan kitchen/lounge, separate dining room and a downstairs bedroom and shower room. The other 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are all upstairs. You also get outside space with great views of Swansea Bay and Mumbles.

Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM

Our properties are designed for people working and studying in the area, but that doesn't mean you won’t like them too!
Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
