- Bedroom 4: two double beds (140x200 cm) and a private shower room (separate WC in the hallway)

➡ 1 spacious living room : Relax in the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen : Stove, pots, plates, utensils, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining area for 12 people, perfect for gatherings after a day of discovery.

Other Important Notes :

➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied if this rule is not respected. In case of neighborhood or police complaints, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund possibility. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, you will need to add them as "children".

Arrival Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM. Supplements for late arrivals:
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day: Final cleaning is included. Please leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
