Welcome to Sanibel, your spacious and luxurious home away from home in beautiful Gulf Shores, AL. This large 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit boasts a 28 foot balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom, as well as a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The guest room offers 1 double bed and twin bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. There's also a queen size sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying a stay-in vacation. And don't forget to relax and watch the sunset from the balcony, or head to the north side of the building for fishing and crabbing on our small pier. Our pool area is the perfect spot to spend the day, with a kiddie pool for our younger guests and a fitness room for all to enjoy.

Sanibel is centrally located in Gulf Shores, offering easy access to all the area has to offer. Restaurants, bars, live entertainment, amusement parks, and water parks are all just minutes away. Don't miss out on the best of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach!

Please note that our unit is strictly non-smoking, both inside and outside on the balconies or porches. Parking is limited, with most properties allowing only 1 to 2 cars per reservation. Each level is accessed by elevator, making it easy for all guests to come and go. Entry codes for the unit will be provided on the day of arrival, and monthly rentals must be within the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate. Additionally, the minimum age to rent our unit is 25 and is strictly enforced.

I have been staying at Sanibel for years. This condo met all of our expectations. Beautiful views, nicely decorated and well equipped. I loved the showers! (no tub). Will def keep on my short list.

Great place for a great time with family

This was our first vacation with our little ones and it was beyond awesome! This place was in a great spot to wake up in the morning and watch the ocean. also so nice to sit on the chairs on the balcony at night!! It was really clean! The washer and dryer helped out A LOT!! and they worked really well! Our ac wasn’t working the first night but i sent the problem the next morning and someone messaged me back instantly! they had someone there before noon to fix it. Customer service was AMAZING !!! Highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back soon!!!

Unit had everything we needed and a bonus that it included items to take to the beach (beach could use replacement though). I stayed with my 3 daughters and their friend (all ages 18-20). The kitchen was well stocked to support cooking meals. Beach was so close. The deck furniture was great- seating for everyone. Everything in working order. I liked that the unit “was just far enough” away from the main drag to reduce traffic and noise. Quick drive to store and restaurants.

Break Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Typically we vacation in Florida or South Carolina. We heard lots about Gulf Shores and decided to bring the grandkids there. I was not used to paying for parking, ice or being limited on toiletries trash bags where we stayed previously. So i guessed this was the owners or condo guides. One of the 2 elevators were broken down and the ice machine was out of order. I figured its like anything else, working folks are booked out so fast repairs are not typical. However none of this interfered with the stay and service. Our condo was very nice and staff were helpful and pleasant to speak to. The exterior was cleaned daily. While the location is a couple miles from the grocery i liked it because i never felt like i was in a busy city area. If you want to just relax and enjoy the beach you can do that here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! The unit was very nice and slept 8 of us perfectly. Only about a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was never a problem. Close to stores and restaurants. If I had to give any cons it would be the property itself as a whole offered ice machines but they were out of service all week, and the building was down to 1 elevator. Not deal breakers or terrible at all. The property also had plenty of carts for luggage etc. Very nice and handy.

Great Stay, Great Views, Great Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this location. The condo was very comfortable, clean and convenient. It was very easy to "feel at home". The view from the windows, which stretched the entire width of the condo were spectacular. We could see the beach, the gulf, the sunrise and the sunset. Even incoming rain clouds were worth watching. The location is great. We were near the shopping areas but definitely on the slower paced part of the beach. Good times! We loved it!

Loved it!!

Perfect for a weekend get away! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, even with a toddler! The space was beautiful and even from across the street the view of the beach was amazing! Plenty to do in the area!

Awesome view

The view of the beach is amazing. The walk over to the beach isn't that bad. Bring a wagon for sure. The condo was perfect for the 5 guest we had. Spent most of my time on the balcony. The do have extra beach chairs, toys, umbrellas available to use as well. I rated the cleaning 3 star because they could have did a better job. There was popcorn and chips in the couch when we used the pull out bed and a baby doll head behind a bathroom door. Otherwise the perfect condo. Would recommend to anyone to book.

Short walk to beach

Great view and location to beach! Disappointed that we did not get notification that the pool would not be open during our stay until the day after I had to cancel by. We have stayed in lots of condos on vacations before- this was definitely the least stocked-even on bath towels- 2 towels for a family of five. We took full advantage of the washer and dryer. Elevators became an issue on the last two days of our stay, only one was working. Contractors working on the unit next to ours begin sawing at 7am every day, except Sunday. The view was nice and the close proximity to beach and restaurants was beneficial.

Great condo and location

The condo was everything we needed. Pictures don’t do it justice. Only complaints would be the construction and pool being closed but the beach is so close and easy to get to, we didn’t miss the pool. We had some issues with checking in but it was eventually resolved Overall great condo and would stay there again!
