A bit pricey and NO COFFEE provided

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

VIEWS and LOCATION: The views are beautiful. The road on which the cabin is located is in need of repair vs. the main road you pull off from. The parking for the home is NOT at the home, but up a steep hill next to the home. If you are elderly or have issues walking up a hill, this is NOT a good location for you.CLEANLINESS: Home was very clean. Furniture in good condition. One of the bedcovers in one of the rooms that was in the closet (for an extra blanket) was extremely dirty.AMENITIES: There are pots and pans, dishes, utensils. The fridge shows a red light for the filter indicating it needs to be replaced. There were no BASIC cooking necessities like salt and pepper. There were two coffee pots provided: a classic style pot and a Keurig. However, there was NO coffee. By the time we checked in at 4 PM, it was too late (and honestly, too far) for us to drive all the way back to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg to go buy coffee. So, our first morning was not ideal ... it would have been great to have a nice cup of coffee on the porch that first morning. It's insane that there is not at least a day's worth of coffee provided for your first day. I am still astounded that for more than $400 per night, there was not any coffee provided. OVERALL: Honestly, it was overpriced for the overall value of the property. Pretty views, but the parking and the lack of coffee for what we paid was off putting.
