Lovely Property

This property was perfect for our stay-cation! We rented it for our kid’s birthdays and they each got to invite a friend. It had plenty of space for 4 boys and my husband and me. We loved the 2 living areas, and the pool was a perfect temp. The property manager was also on top of every question we had and very attentive.

My family and 2 others adored this property. It was the first time in Arizona for a few of them and this property really added to their experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

My husband, son and I met our daughter and her 3 children for a little getaway in Mesa. This house was ideal for the seven of us. It has 4 bedrooms with 6 beds, and three bathrooms. All rooms were very spacious, easy to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The pool was very nice, and was heated to 85 degrees which was awesome, and there are plenty of tables, chairs, and lounge chairs by the pool to relax. The location was perfect, it was a short drive to all the attractions we visited. The property manager was prompt in replying to any messages. I would stay again if we returned to Mesa!

Good property

Property was good and communication was good although not always fast or with good follow up. There was no propane for the grill when we arrived so we had to fill the tank. They reimbursed us but it was frustrating that they have 3 tanks there but none with enough to let us complete our meal for the night. I would recommend ALWAYS having 1 full tank available. Kitchen had hot pads or wash rags. I would change the description to "limited amenities available" To me those are pretty basic. Biggest issue was the heated pool. They did send someone out every day to look at and "fix" but the heater would quit working each day and was very cool by the following day. Just caused disappointment since we intended to use every afternoon and it was too cool to do that. Overall, good stay and the house worked well for us and our 3 adult children and their spouses.

What a splendid place for a family party!

This was the 90th birthday week for our Mom, and we were delighted to make this house the headquarters for our Arizona celebration. Four couples arrived from four different (cold) states to find clean modern comfortable rooms , a well equipped kitchen and a fantastic heated pool. Everything was in great condition and communication with the owners was smooth. Appreciated having tons of towels for house and pool! Mom said she couldn’t imagine how the place could have been better… thanks for helping us with her special day.

Enjoyed a break in winter as we are from Alaska. Pool was very nice, especially since it was completely private. Very quiet neighborhood with no street noise. Would definitely consider staying in the house again.

Spacious House

House provided plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 1 child. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to groceries and a few restaurants. Pool was very nice and heated as stated in the listing. Owner was responsive to some minor issues and addressed them promptly.

Very nice place good location plenty of extra towels linen and very cozy and comfortable amazing private pool would have given 5 stars but the A.c wasn't working the greatest but the host understanding to our needs good job!!
