Belle Etoile is a stunning estate villa with a French Caribbean style. It is quietly grand, yet a comfortable and relaxing space filled both inside and out. It is gorgeously landscaped and dramatically positioned on a cliff just above the sea; very private. The panoramic views are filled with limitless shades of blue from the pool that appears to flow directly into the sea and beyond to Anguilla and the horizon. You can see Marigot and Creole Rock in Grand Case. Sunsets and nights are romantic perfection. This is a perfect villa for tropical weddings and equally suited to getaways with good friends.

The shallow entry, heated pool features a unique Jacuzzi floating like an island in the water; accessed over an Epi wood bridge. Edged in native stone, the pool blends naturally into the landscape. Other amenities include a pool table, fully equipped gym and office with 360 degree views.

The interiors are spacious and stylish. Tropical shutters in dark wood trim the doors and windows. Columns and arches define the multiple lounging and dining areas, all furnished with high end furnishings. Rattan, teak and upholstered pieces with colourful fabrics all mix beautifully. The colour scheme is refined naturals accented with beautiful tropical lime, hot pink and taupe. Well curated art and accessories compliment the decor. The state of the art chef's kitchen is tastefully appointed in bleached woods, black granite and high end appliances. The space is open to the views. The villa comes with a private chef from morning to evening and property manager to facilitate your stay.

Four of the five bedrooms face the ocean. Each is a large, airy suite with interior private seating. The large spa style bathrooms feature tumble marble tiles with mosaic trim, walk in showers and high end touches. One bedroom is set in a private cottage.

By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs and two fiercely competing beach bars are providing chairs and umbrellas, food and drink. A few hundred feet away from the bars, the beach becomes more clothing optional.The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.

Getting Around:
You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Tony who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Ink. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. Please note the cost of transfers vary depending on the amount of passengers. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply. Please remember to fill your gas tank back up so that no additional charges will occur.
