This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Vail (especially above 8,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. The temperature regularly drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) and above 8000ft in altitude we have almost no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long. We have pedestal fans in every bedroom as well. This home has a Whole House Attic fan for cooling home during the summer.

The perfect mountain getaway

Our family of four and another family of four had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The proximity to the (free) bus stop makes it easy to go into town for all the mountain activities, shopping in town, or a night out. The house is spacious and has a great kitchen with all the gadgets you may need. We loved that each room has their own bathroom, which was great when traveling with another family. The house is very well appointed and was spotless. The host, Jason, was also very responsive. He helped us with a few recommendations and responded immediately with our few minor requests. We can’t wait to stay here again for the ski season!

Great East Vail Home

This home was clean, quite and very comfortable to stay in during our 2 1/2 weeks in Vail. There was a lot of room downstairs for our family to gather, the kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The bus stop was a short walk away and the ski area was under 10 minutes away by car. It was very convenient having a grocery store, liquor store and restaurant in the neighborhood. The property manager, Jason, was very responsive and easy to work with.

Summer getaway

We spent an amazing week in Vail and this location in East Vail was perfect! We traveled with our college adult children and they appreciated having their own rooms and bathrooms. We ate out most of our trip but cooked a few breakfasts in and had everything we needed. We had activities throughout the region and access to all was very easy! Jason was great to work with and I appreciated the check ins and communication. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home

The listing was accurate. The house was very comfortable for a group of 8. There was plenty of living area. We would recommend the Lupine bus stop, which is a fairly easy walk in the winter. It would be even closer to access from the back of the property in the summer. The kitchen was well stocked. The property manager communicated very well and addressed our needs promptly.

Beautiful stay in Vail

This is a lovely home in East Vail. The property is beautifully maintained with upscale furnishings and decor. We were only a party of 5 and used 3 of the 4 bedrooms so we found it very spacious. The bedrooms had comfortable linens and the bathrooms were stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries in the shower. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen, which is well supplied with every pot, pan, dish, utensil and appliance that you could want or need. The living room was comfortable for watching television and enjoying the fireplace, and we easily fit around the dining room table for meals and games. There is even a square game table for checkers or chess. The house was spotless. We did not use the Vail bus system, but instead drove our skiiers to the village, which was a short and easy commute. The property manager is very responsive and provided much helpful information.

Beautiful home in East Vail!

This beautiful house was perfect but the weather was not initially. We had several days when it was very hot. During these days, it was difficult to cool the house but we communicated with Jason, the property manager, and he was extremely responsive and did all he could to help us cool the house. The house is very well appointed even with a baby gate for the stairs and a high chair for our 1 year old. We used the grill which worked perfectly. The house is well maintained and felt very clean. Location is good, it’s a few drive to Vail Village and Lionshead, short drive to Beaver Creek and about 40 minutes to Breckenridge. Not only was Jason extremely communicative and helpful, he personally came to the house and helped us. He made a great house even better.

Fabulous house in Vail

My husband and I just completed a month-long stay at this house, during which we wanted for nothing! The house is well appointed, with all the creature comforts that allow you to feel instantly at home - and as avid cooks, we especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen. The location is also superb, striking an optimal balance between slope proximity and, privacy/tranquility. The owner and broker are also both stellar! They were responsive in resolving some minor issues and were keen to ensure that our entire experience remained unmarred. All in all, we had an unforgettable stay and look forward to going back!!!

Magnificent Mountain Retreat Home

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything was perfect...beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and beds, and every amenity possibly needed in the kitchen. The home was very clean and location ideal. The driveway was plowed immediately if there was a snowfall. It was an amazing stay with fabulous memories made.
