Hoosier corner is a newly renovated end-unit condo is an easy walk to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Corner features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. We enjoy hosting and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know how we can best accommodate you! If Hoosier Corner is booked, check out our sister property, Hoosier Haven!

Don't be fooled by the modest exterior of this complex. This spacious condo has 1,500 square feet of living area to ensure a comfortable stay. Thoughtful design and proportions are evident. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, and the lower level includes a large eat-in kitchen with an abundance of counter space, a spacious living area with comfy seating and desk, and a half bath which includes a washer and dryer.

Great apartment!

We had another great stay at this property.

We stayed here last month and reserved it again based on that. The place is perfect and the owner is very responsive and helpful. They even had yummy Amish cinnamon rolls for us to enjoy again. So thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all. Thanks again for everything!

Review

Overall the stay was great. The only thing we found frustrating was the TV and how it worked. The service is not easy to use and there are times when the tv show basically tells you it will be back in 3 minutes and plays music over and over for 3 minutes.

Fabulous place!

As a fellow VRBO owner/renter, I have to say Stephanie did a fantastic job at communicating from the get-go and making sure we had everything we needed. From the sweet thank you card on the counter to the Amish cinnamon rolls waiting for us in the freezer, her place was perfect and we immediately felt at home. We've already rented it again in November when we come back to visit our sons at IU. Thank you Stephanie for a fabulous place and time!!!

Lovely condo!

We came into town for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at the condo for a place more comfortable than a hotel. We were so pleased with the comfort and condition of this place. The condo is outfitted with all of the amenities that we needed and everything was in great working order. Also a nice touch with the welcome thank you and gift. We have rented many places through VRBO typically look better in the pictures than in real life - but this place did not disappoint us. It is as spacious, clean and comfortable as comfortable t looks in the pictures.

Bike weekend success.

My son and I stayed for a weekend of mtn biking in nearby Brown County. Great landing pad at night with plenty of clean space and comfortable beds. Great!

Cosy and Comfy

The property is immaculately kept. Extra touches to make it a wonderful stay where coffee, water and wonderful cinnamon buns. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our time as we moved our daughter into her IU dorm. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing!!!

This property was so cozy and was like coming home after our daily adventures. We were minutes away from everything we did and the people were so kind everywhere. Fantastic condo

We had a great weekend in Bloomington, everything was as advertised. The place was clean and stocked, which was so nice. The towels and sheets were really soft! We stayed in town for a funeral and when we are in town again I will definitely consider staying here

Great location close to campus!

Our stay at Hoosier Corner was excellent! My wife and I stayed with our college bound daughter to visit the IU campus. Very clean condo. Well put together. Medium walk or very short drive to campus. Good communication with the host throughout the stay. We would stay here again.

Hoosier Homecoming

Ceremony Celebtation

Hoosier Corner was the perfect setting for our family and friends who came into town to celebrate our graduate. We had 5 overnight guests, but hosted 8 for a family dinner, and then had a few friends over after the graduations ceremony to chat and hang out. Such a homey atmosphere for our long weekend festivities. Definitely recommend this townhouse, and will rent again if we eve get back to Bloomington.

Very Clean with Attention to Detail

We stayed at this condo for our daughter's wedding and it worked out so well for our family. There was a very sweet welcome note and cinnamon rolls and the amenities were spot on for our needs. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the place. Sometimes there was a parking spot right in front of the condo and other times, not, but we managed. Thank you for helping make our stay very comfortable.
