This gorgeous condo is one of a kind at Escapes to the Shores in Orange Beach, AL.

This is truly a luxury condominium. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo sits on the 9th floor and boasts over 2,400 square feet. You have incomparable views of the Beach - Gulf of Mexico. It comfortably sleeps 11 with a King bed in each of the three bedrooms, plus a Queen Size Murphy bed, twin over full bunk bed in the 4th bedroom with a Nintendo Wii, 2 games and 2 controllers.

Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the living room, 4 DVD players, full-size washer and dryer, gulf front balcony with 2 zero gravity lounge chairs, and Egyptian Cotton linens.

Beautiful place!
This condo was extremely spacious and very beautiful. It had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas were not provided but were available to rent. This was the best walk to the beach that we’ve had. Very easy access and not a far walk.

Family vacation at Orange Beach
We stayed a week at this condo in late June. It was fantastic! The kitchen and living area is very big and our group of 10 had plenty of space. The master bedroom was very large, the other 3 were smaller but big enough for our needs. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed it immensely. We didn’t have hair dryers in all the bathrooms so I contacted the host and they brought new ones to us the next day. The only wish I had was that the balcony would be bigger but it was very nice with a great view, just smaller than I had hoped. We loved the location, right on the beach and tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

4th of July Vacation
Can't speak highly enough about our experience with this condo and host. The condo was perfect for our needs. specious, clean, and inviting. We had 8 adults and 3 toddlers, 2 and under. It was a spectacular space for us. the 3 pools and immediate access to the beach made the mornings getting to the water so easy. the splash pad area was great for our little too. The staff of the Escapes were friendly and helpful if we ever needed anything. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The only conceivable "con" was the parking deck spaces were a bit tight and trying to get kids in car seats was not possible. most of the time we would have to pull out of the spot to allow space to open the doors completely. beyond that, the condo was exactly what we needed and more. Host was quick(usually within a couple hours, but longest was next day) to respond when messaged as well.

Beyond our expectations!
Upon walking through the door the space of the condo was beyond what was expected. We had nine adults and a one year old with us. We never felt crowded and the grandbaby LOVED all the space to crawl and explore. The beds were comfortable, the view spectacular and overall a great experience. The Blue Angels flew by and were in direct eye line from our patio on the 9th Floor. Our host was prompt at answering and addressing any issues that arose. We all are excited about returning again.

The condo was beautiful, right on the beach. There was trash left in a bedroom, there were feathers constantly coming out of all the furniture, which my infant kept trying to eat. The ice maker was not usable due to leaking, and one of the faucets was broken on a bathtub, which we brushed off as no big deal, because things happen. We had to contact the host to fix the washing machine during our stay. He was very responsive and had someone there the next day. Soon after arriving home, I received an email that I was being charged a large amount for damages, including trying to pry open a locked door and leaving the property's sand toys in the unit sandy. This is all untrue. The said door was unlocked when we got there and had small things in it like cleaning supplies and paper towels. The sand toys were our children's Easter basket gifts we bought for them. We did leave them in the unit with sand on them, but they didn't belong to the property. This makes me terrified to ever book anything like this online again. I attempted to contact the host, and assured him no one in our party would try to pry open a locked door. He responded back very rudely, but eventually said he would investigate further and get back with me. The next day, the charge went through on our card and never heard anything back from him. We have filed a dispute with vrbo.

Perfect!
This was a perfect unit for our family of 11. 6 adults plus 5 kids. There is so much storage and closet space to hide luggage. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed, the crock pot was a nice surprise. I’d book this again for a large group in a heart beat.

CONS: * Upon arrival the condo has not been cleaned. I called the owner, his cleaning crew came, It took about 2-21/2 hours to finish, which made it about 9:30pm before we could check in. This delay after driving 10 hours with 3 kids, it made for an inconvenient start. ** Additionally there was no compensation for inconvenience, esp since we had a grocery pickup that had to be rescheduled. * The carpet in all three bedrooms is dirty, stained and pulling away from the floor. * One of the tub spouts was not tight, and moved up and down when you turn the water on to take a bath. * The living room blinds had a piece broken on two blinds, allowing neighbors to see in. * The online listing did not specify if chairs or umbrellas were available, so we bought ours. * The online listing states parking is available, It does NOT inform you there is a $40.00 charge PER VEHICLE to park during your stay. PROS: * The location and beach access was great! * The infinity pool was awesome * The shopping and eating was fabulous * The traffic was very light. * The beach was not overly crowded. OVERALL: The location, weather and beach was prefect!! We will definitely plan another return to Orange Beach..

We will be back!
This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The location was second to none—seconds to the beach, close to restaurants, easy to get to. Communication with Jody was easy and always prompt. She even gave us an early check in so our toddler could nap! We will be booking this condo again, and can’t wait!

Larger than it seems
This condo is larger than it appears in pictures. We enjoyed our stay. We had kids ranging from 2 to 16 and they all stayed entertained. 3 bathrooms was nice with 10 people. Parking was difficult if you have a higher vehicle or in our case a Thule. We had to park on the bottom level and that got pretty tight. We walked across the street to Wolf Bay Restaurant and that was everyone's favorite of the 5 we ate at.

Great condo!
My husband, our 4 daughters, our friends and their daughter and 2 sons stayed at this condo over spring break and it was absolutely perfect. The one bedroom with the Murphy bed was the perfect set up for the girls, the boys had their own room, and each couple had their own room with the own bathrooms. The condo had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The laundry room was also a nice bonus. Shower is the master bedroom was amazing. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The indoor pool and hot tub was great as the outdoor pool was a little bit chilly when we went. And the ice maker in the pool area was a great added bonus to fill up coolers before heading out to the beach. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful place!!
We just returned from our week after Christmas stay in this unit and it’s even more beautiful in person as the description and listing photos. Comfortable beds with soft linens and pillows with plenty of room for our family of 8 which consisted of 4 adults, 2 teens, a 4 year old and a 1 year old. A well stocked kitchen, beautiful beach view with nice outdoor furniture and a comfortable living space for everyone to have a seat. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond. We’ll definitely return to this unit in the future!!
