Many issues
There were many issues….first your website charged more than double of what they property itself charges as well as all other third party services. Now onto the property….the front desk manager was the worst. When we arrived she told me that you guys hadn’t sent them the payment so I had to show my credit card statement then she said if there wasn’t payment I would have to pay for it then I would get reimbursed. Saturday night the noise was horrible from other rooms which I chalked up to it just being Saturday night so didn’t say anything then on Sunday was locked out of my room so after 2 & half hours were told they couldn’t fix the door I would have to move rooms & Tiffany from desk manager called said we needed to come down to get the new room keys & move to our new room which would be on the same floor. I explained we had a long day we would just do it in tge morning she said no problem. Then morning came went down first thing for her to tell me she sold that room but we could move down to the first floor mind you we were on the third which I prefer higher floors but I was upset She wasn’t helpful not accommodating to me the one who had been displaced very cocky it wasn’t until the Housekeeping Manager found me a better room & was extremely helpful. That night tge has can was stolen out of the back of my truck in their garage. After that issue the hotel manager Mark actually called me & was accommodating to my issues & concerns. I will say I won’t go thru your website I will look at other 3rd parties or go directly thru the hotel.
The hotel itself is going thru a remodel so hopefully things will be better with the property itself
